I had a terrible experience with one of the employees at this location today around 2:20 pm.For some reason, my order had an unexpected delay that I did not initiate, and the employee showed absolutely no willingness to help—even though the issue came from the restaurant itself. I simply wanted to cancel the order, and the website clearly states that cancellations must be handled directly with the restaurant. Instead of assisting me, this employee behaved unprofessionally, as if I were making up rules.
I’m giving this employee one star only because I’m not allowed to submit zero. Completely rude, unprepared, and unaware of his own company’s guidelines.

I never seen anyone slicing meat, there personnel seems to cut back on the amount of meat on the sandwiches, some people will ask for a extra portions, but will put a lot of veggies on to make the sandwiches look big, like the new menu items, but cannot figure out how they arrive at prices.

They Don’t deserve a one star listing. This Subway needs retraining with their staff. Not good with urgency to take orders, not friendly to welcome customers or acknowledge you to take your order. I recently went there for lunch with my daughter. It was obvious they were working on a large order from the customer in front of us. My daughter and I were the only customers waiting in line besides the customer that had the large order. So we waited and waited patiently. 3 people working on one order and 1 employee working on an apps order with the tablet right where the sandwiches being made. She was touching the tablet and food at the same time. That was not good, and in my head i was saying … lets get out of here, i sure dont want her making my sandwich. I’m disabled and I had to take a sit to rest my legs, while my daughter continued to stand in line. Still no one acknowledged our presence. We became very uncomfortable with overall what we were seeing, so we decided to leave. As we walked out I then turn to tell the Subway staff, “this is Not how to treat customers and I will follow up with a formal complaint.” They yelled back, we have a big order here. I stated to them, yes I see that but we are the only “two people” here awaiting and you can’t take our too. Wow, what would they do if it was a lunch rush hour????? Take it from me, go to the mall and get your sandwiches from there where customer service is much better and appreciated. This Subway will never get my business EVER again!

Seemed to not be in the mood to help. I just walked in and both girls straight up ignored me. Also their Apple Pay doesn’t work and somehow it’s the customers fault. It works when I use the card that I tried to use on Apple Pay (prior experience). Also last time not only were they out of the bread I wanted but they were out of the bread AND their oven was off… I’m growing disillusioned with this subway with each passing attempt.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. Stingy owners and rude workers that dgaf, never let me use my coupons here for anything. The other Subway on Albertoni and Avalon is MUCH BETTER and will gladly take your coupons.

This place does not honor coupons. I hate greedy owners like this. Go to the 1 on Carson Street if you have a coupon. They told me coupons are not available on Sandwiches that have double cheese which is 90% of their sandwiches.
