Today we visited the La Promessa Food Truck, and we enjoyed delicious Puerto Rican food! I have included a picture of the menu so you can see all the food options available. The bus is very nicely decorated, and there is plenty of seating for guests. The service is excellent, and Luis is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend a visit to the La Promessa Food Truck.

I’m very Proud of Luis as he is doing what he loves and bringing a taste of Puerto Rican food to Wisconsin. The food genuinely makes me happy. It comes out hot and fresh and the pork is just melt in ur mouth tender and delicious. The plantains are sweet and salty and don’t even get me started on the sauce. Wish they gave more. That’s my only criticism, I WANT MORE SAUCE!! I also got a Pina Colda, which was amazing!
