Just wanted to give Joshua the recognition that he deserves. A co-worker had a mix-up with her drink and it was not what she was expecting. Brought it back for her and he remade it, no charge, and explained why it was not what she expected and what to order next time. He also made me the most amazing hot chocolate. He was so kind and helpful.

By reading the other, most recent reviews, it looks like the baristas at this place have a serious attitude problem. Skip this place the barista acts like she’s doing you a favor. Put in a mobile order went to pick it up and it was a hot drink. I’d like to put a green stopper in my drink just because I drink it slowly and it gets cold fast.
I went to the garbage can area where they usually have straws and napkins, and they usually have the green stoppers. There were none there . So I patiently go to the counter where the pick up drink area is and just stand there patiently waiting, not making noise not rushing the ladies nothing I’m like someone will come over and address me when they have a minute. It’s the morning they’re busy.
A young white woman with a nose piercing her hair up in a bun , looks at me and with an attitude says, “do you need something?!” I’m just like yeah, a stopper and she’s like “oh yeah we don’t leave those out anymore..”
I’m like OK. Im thinking, why wouldn’t you say do you need help? How can I help you? Did we forget something ?
No just typical rude Starbucks employees.
I’m sorry you hate your job but that’s not my fault. Get a degree or go into the trades, you picked to work at Starbucks.
I’m the type of person I go to a fast food restaurant and I tell the person thank you have a nice day. I really appreciate people who do every job and I’m really just getting sick of Starbucks employees. I’m so over paying $7-8 for a drink and having to deal with rude Starbucks employees. Going to moka in the future!

I normally go to this location on my way to work and hardly ever have an issue with my drink. I asked to have my drink remade since the taste was off and I usually get the same drink everyday. The lady that helped me out in drive thru window/ speaker seemed bothered that she had to remake it. She stated she made the drink and all cold brew is going to taste the same since it’s the same batch… she then asks for the old drink back and tells me to try the new one in front of her to make sure it taste right in a very snotty tone as she’s trying to prove a point that it’s going to taste the same as the previous one. Sure enough the drink was made how I normally get it and taste way better. There was unnecessary attitude involved and she can definitely learn how to address a situation in a mature way and do right by Starbucks customers.

I stopped at this drive thru and was greeted by a woman who seemed uninterested in her job and inconvenienced with my being there. I ordered a salted caramel cold brew and received cold brew with a spoonful of cold foam. This isn’t my usual Starbucks, but will make sure to never come back to this one.

As much I hate to leave a bad review here but I have too since there is no other way of solving this problem. This is not directed to all the employees but it’s for an Hispanic girl, short with a tattoo on her right shoulder. She is very rude and she does not make a drink the way you ask too. You pay 10$ for a freaking drink and half of it is foam. I asked her to remove the foam she puts extra milk in there or she would not care to remove the foam. I get the same coffee in Yorkville Starbucks and never have that problem.

Yikes. This particular location is just… I mean, they have only gotten my order correct once. I went through drive through, they got my (not complicated) order wrong….again. The woman at the counter was sooooo snarky. Tried to gaslight me on what I ordered. Guys… I order the exact same drink every. single. morning. at a variety of other locations and they don’t seem to have any trouble. Just avoid this one. Just drive up to Randall or hit next one on highway.
