Tío Fito Domplines rellenos, empanadillas, pinchos, sorrullitos, papas y tostones loko. Carne frita y chacharones de pollo con mofongo o tostones!!! limonadas y frappez! Un Domplin, es una torta o pan frito elaborada de harina de trigo que se fríe en aceite. Podemos consumirlo solitos o algunos como nosotros los cortamos por la mitad y los rellenamos con pernil de cerdo, pastrami, pollo, carne de res molida y mangu! Además, tenemos Frappez, Frappez gourmet y limonadas!!! Pinchos de pollo!!! Sorrullitos!!

Traditional music playing outside. The pinchos barbecue sauce was not overly sweet, instead it’s a balanced sweetness and tanginess. The chicken was very tender. Their included garlic sauce elevated the plain white bread, which also elevated the meal. The tostones were crispy and crunchy and not too thick. The mayo ketchup wasn’t too sweet and had garlic inside. Excellent meal for $6.60, definitely coming back.

The atmosphere and the service was excellent TOP TIER!!!!! The empanadas were fire very big a lot of meat and cheese delicious. The pinchos were okay but extremely salty. If they weren’t as salty they would have been fire. Honestly we couldn’t even eat them because of how salty they were even with the sauce. I would definitely try again just try not to season the chicken so much

Okay, so I went with my boyfriend today afternoon around 4:30 pm. I was curious I never see that place before I like to try new food and new spots in Waterbury. First you can smell the food for the corner!! Quality food , delicious smell. Service very nice guys , menu very well explained and the guy is right there for answer every question. I ordered the Mangu service Im Dominican and I can tell you this is the best mangu I ate, came with salami and cheese , soft , delicious not grease not dry. Perfect.
My boyfriend order the dumpling with chicken , pastrami , pernil. He is native American and he loved it!! Talked about the food with the whole family. Delicious
