I don’t ask for much, just that containers be filled up, just like every other Popeyes that I go to.
I don’t ever order rice with the red beans, and this is the first Popeyes that has given me a hard time over a container only being filled halfway.
“Ohh we only put one scoop”
Yeah, ok and the Pope is a Cadillac…
If you want to only fill containers halfway, then don’t charge full price for it!!
The red beans were soupy and not a lot of beans. I don’t understand why they have to have such a crappy attitude over this!!

What has happened to the prices? The food is good, don’t get me wrong but I’m not in a sit-down restaurant at a Four Seasons hotel. I love their red beans and rice but will not be back. This container was only approx 1.75 inches tall, a bit watered down and was $4.16 with tax. TOO MUCH.

If i could give this place zero stars, i would. Ordered through uber eats at 1am & didn’t receive my food until 3:10am! Called to see what was going on and the lady at the store just told me they were busy. She continued to argue with me that my food has been ready and i told her my driver was in the line since 1:20am (it was about 2:10am when i was on the phone) & i asked her “okay so now im gonna receive COLD food?” she continued to argue that isn’t her fault, but it’s literally their job. I’m pregnant and needed this food, i was going to cancel. She was so rude and then made my driver get out of line so they can remake my food which still arrived cold! This was my first and LAST time ever going to this location. Thank god uber eats refunded me my money but they seriously need to get their shit together.

Keshawn, Jessica, & Sana where are the threesomes that help me with my order today at Popeyes on North Avenue and Glendale Heights Illinois these people are very knowledgeable helpful, friendly, polite, courteous and very hard-working. I have to use the word diligent too. They were terrific. You couldn’t find a greater group of people and I’m sure there were other ones in the back that I don’t know their names that provide superb Service I can’t wait to visit them again. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

BEST CHICKEN TENDERS I’VE EVER HAD!!! Perfectly crispy on the outside, not greasy at all, just the right amount of breading, and tender juicy chicken inside. I got the Mild flavor with honey mustard dipping sauce… Absolutely delicious! The mac and cheese is fabulous too, and the BISCUITS? I love them! Soft and fresh. They are the best fast-food biscuits I’ve ever tasted too! The lemonade is also so refreshing. SUPERIOR SERVICE as well. The girls taking care of the drive-thru and the pick-up window were friendly, fast, and helpful. The manager here (Shakil) is also the best!! I have had only GREAT experiences here at this location and will definitely return to enjoy more meals. Thank you, Glendale Heights Popeyes Team! 🙂 AWESOME JOB!!!

The service was good…. But the biscuits were hard as a brick and almost broke my braces. And the red bean and rice was soupy like water.

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. On August 16, 2025, at 2:06 PM, I experienced one of the worst examples of customer service at this location. The staff were careless, unprofessional, and clearly lacked any understanding of how to work in a business environment.
The young woman taking the window order at that time stood out in the worst way possible completely unhelpful, rude, and disrespectful. With that level of attitude and ability, I truly believe she belongs only in that position and nowhere else.
This place is disgracefully managed and reflects poorly on the entire brand. There is a McDonald’s right across the street if you have any respect for yourself and your time, avoid this location entirely ❤️ And now, go ahead and laugh with that unpleasant smile of yours.

This restaurant is always super clean. The food is always very fresh. The staff is very friendly. I have been coming here for a while. They always make the food fresh and have a great attitude. This is a great Popeyes location.

This is probably the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too. A few weeks ago I ordered on the app and came through the drive through and they told me my order was going to take another 5 minutes and to park in front and they would bring out my order. I waited a total of 35 minutes because they forgot I was there waiting…. Then today they told me it was going to be a 15-20 minute wait for 2 pieces of chicken.. it was 5:40pm …. Crazy. Never coming back to this one again.

Placed a custom order online. Paid for 4 breast which was a fee per extra breast and was only given 3. While picking up the food noticed I was only given 1 utensil for a 10piece family meal with 3 large sides. When I asked for more the lady at the counter was rude and only gave me 1 more. Chicken wasn’t even hot terrible service.
