I’ll begin this review by first saying, I’m not a fan of bagels. I know, blasphemous. But Einstein Bros. Bagels is probably one of the best bagel places!! The bagels were fresh every time we went, employees are always so kind and welcoming.. their sandwiches.. TO DIE FOR! Everything was fresh and they did not skimp out on any of the ingredients in the sandwiches. Literal perfection, there really isn’t anything they can do to improve. Well, except to be open 24/7 This location is also on of the better locations in the Atlanta area so if that bagel craving hits, definitely stop by this place!

Subpar bagel Spot experience, there is no seating area which if it was a great bagel shop it would be okay because the bagels would make for it. But the bagel is just okay, they are flat and pretty small for the 5$ price tag (toasted with a smear of cream cheese nothing fancy, should really be a 3$ bagel not a cent more). Wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a real bagel shop experience, you can probably get the same quality and experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts on the same plaza (actually a bit better because the have a drive thru). The 3 stars came from the customer service, the lady at the register was pleasant and the store was clean.

Location is easy to get to and service is great. Ordered large orders multiple times for meetings and the order is always ready +/- 5 minutes from scheduled time. All the staff have been pleasant and welcome me in every time.

When I walked in, I could hear two workers speaking to each other. They were both in the back of the store. No one ever came out even though I tried to speak and get someone’s attention. I like Einstein, but will not go back to this location.

Small space but big on service. Food was on point and the service was great. Smaller menu than the regular sit down locations but still offered the right stuff. (Really needs a bathroom, though)

The employees definitely need more training. The first time I got the tasty turkey here it was missing the cream cheese so it was just turkey, lettuce, tomato slapped on a bagel. This time: it’s not an Asiago bagel like I ordered. And it’s missing cucumbers and spinach. I’m so happy this location opened but feel discouraged to keep coming because it’s never done right.

This visit was my 2nd visit. The first time the bagel wasn’t very good, toasted enough or tasty like other Einstein Bagels. The service wasn’t anything to speak of, so I thought… let me try it again. My husband and I tried it again bc we bank at Georgia United Credit Union right next door, and it was terrible. Dejah took our order and messed it all up. She looked super unhappy to be there and when I asked her about the errors she got defensive and nasty. I don’t think this one enjoys her job and the food was then tasteless and undercooked/toasted. I won’t ever be back to this location bc of it. I guess I’ll go to Dunkin even though I’ve always preferred Einstein.
