Associate was very friendly, it had been a year or so since I had eaten at this chain. I quickly remembered why I don’t frequent Wendy’s. The food was cold and terrible. It used to be one of the better fast food options. Now its just as disgusting as the rest of them. No thanks.

got family sized chili delivered twice. Watery no jngredients. Thin. Once I ordered and it had no meat. Stick to Airline Hwy. They actually give you chili and not ttomato soup. OJ, and the gave me 4 large chili’s thinking that equaled the amount of the family bucket. Not even close. This time they gave me 5 little ones. Clearly they just trying to take advantage and sell with much lower quality.

have been twice , to be told they ‘didnt’ have what I wanted..
Last time was at 12:15am, was told they have ‘nuggets, fries, a few meat patties” and couldn’t make anything bc they were about to close…in 45 min. so , they were essentially closed at 12:15.

Ordered online for pick up, staff was a bit on the rude side, would not give more than 1 butter for wife’s baked potato. When we got back home, I discovered a bug had been cooked with my fries.
