One of the best gluten free pizza’s I’ve ever had. I created a custom pizza and it was baked fairly quickly. Pesto sauce with green peppers and double sausage! Would highly recommend this place.

Pizza Colore was a decent stop while visiting Boulder. The pizza itself was okay—though I might be a little biased since I’m from New York and used to that style. That said, the food came out fresh and very hot, which was a nice touch and showed it was made to order.
The service was good, and the staff behind the counter were helpful and friendly. The seating area in the back was clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot to sit and enjoy a slice. I also appreciated that they had clean restrooms available for customers, which isn’t always the case with quick pizza spots.
Overall, not the best pizza I’ve had, but a good experience thanks to the fresh, hot food, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable environment.

Been going here for 20 years. Out of all the many pizzas ive had from other places this one remains one of the more consistently authentic NY style.
Its simple, its a good solid sauce; just a very good quality pizza. They serve some other good things but the owner keeps it very straight forward on menu options.
When it comes to pizza in Boulder, I cant think of a better pie or slice. We got our pie and it wasnt that hot and had alot of flop ( not my thing).
We popped the slices in the toaster oven and 2 or 3 minutes made it perfect.
This is a really good pizza for reasonable pricing.

I love the names of the pizza.
I got the East Coast $5.35, and liked the crust. Flavour was fine. Also, would be good to add a labelling for the pizzas.

Pizza was fresh and hot. Good pizza and decent price for the area. I don’t think you will be disappointed if you stop here. I like that they didn’t put too much pizza sauce, it was just the right amount. I like that they had single slice options and you can make your own pizza as well. I would come back honestly. Friendly and fast service. Clean place.

Super friendly staff and amazing pizza! I paid ~$10 for 2 slices of pizza and they did not disappoint. For such a small and cozy kitchen there are multiple pizza options to choose from. The 3 cheese, pesto-roni and spicy pepperoni are my recommendations. Pizza Colore is a great place to stop and refresh while walking Pearl Street

Very friendly workers and manager there! The crust is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside…I’ve never had anything like it! I got a slice of pesto and pepperoni. I loved the pesto sauce! If I lived closer, I would go frequently, but I was only there on vacation.

What can I say… I regularly busk on pearl Street and I will lamost always stop on for a slice of the spicy pepperoni… The best pizza I’ve had in a long while. If you are a fan of pizza, they will have something you will love. A large variety fresh out the oven and friendly service with a smile. Do yourself a favor and try it ASAP, and if you see a guy singing and playing ukulele nearby, tip him a few bucks so he can get himself a slice as well! LOL!!
