I visit this Carl’s Jr. regularly, and it never disappoints. The employees are always extremely attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. You can tell they care about their customers. The restaurant is consistently very clean and well maintained, which is especially important to me when dining in with my son. We truly enjoy eating here because it feels welcoming, comfortable, and family-friendly. Great service, a clean environment, and a team that goes above and beyond, this location deserves all the praise!

The night manager Iva customer service skills suck! We got hard dried out fries, wanted new soft fries, yet he took us thru a half hour conversation of how he wasn’t gonna give us new fries. Will not recommend this Carl’s Jr location to no one. Definitely will not spend my money there.

If you are looking for a true fast food place, this isn’t it. 8 times out of 10 they will have you parking in the front to take you your food. You gotta wait at least 15 minutes. Food is good though.

Their soda fountain was completely off most of the drinks were water down and when I brought it to an employee attention they just when to fill in the wrong fountain drinks with ice and made a huge mess of water. He seems to not care about the mess he made. The chicken stars were really bad. They were stale and had a wired taste. Not coming back the only nice person was the female employee who wouod actually say hi and greet people the two male employee never said a word to people unless theubwere talking among themselves.

This location has been better in the past few months then they have been previously. The employees are generally nice and some are really helpful with selection and saving on menu items with alternatives. They regularly get my order correct but I often times end up waiting longer as I’m asked frequently to pull to the front.

They are quick, efficient, and friendly here at the Jackson Street location. Always a smile from the employees.

And I love the fried zucchini and Famous Star!

Came to the drive through and no one wanted to take my order. I waited patiently. I even honked my horn a few times. The signage displayed It’s open 24/7
When. I pulled up to the window where we get food from, I saw a lady run away to hide. So sad …..
I went back through the drive through again, I said out loud to get their attention if those are their cars they’re going to get messed up! And guess what, magically two employees swung open the doors yelling at me! I guess there are employees working.
Of course I wasn’t going to do anything but the fact that I was waiting so long for and no one could even say a word is their fault. If an employee were to say, I’m sorry but we aren’t open for an hour because our computers need to reboot or whatever, totally understandable. But to get silence…… when I’m repeatedly saying hello, the hours say you’re suppose to be open, honking on horn, waiting…… that’s unprofessional and those two employees should be fired. Seriously, at least $20 an hour for fast food workers and this is the service the public gets? A simple, I apologize or I’m sorry for the inconvenience would have been much appreciated. If the owner of this franchise is Wendy Carter, I’ll be contacting her and corporate. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience this morning.

I used to like coming here, but lately they’ve implemented a 30 minute limit rule that they say is for ‘everyone’, but seems directed at homeless folks, many who are their biggest and most frequent customers. We spend what little money we have here and we’re all being punished collectively for other’s actions.

We’re not a one size fits all scenario. Instead of banning the people who are behaving badly (they know who, they have them on camera and have said so themselves) they’re lazy and punishing all of us when most of us mind our own, especially the night manager. He’s acted condescending towards us all for… existing? Taking up space while still throwing money at the establishment, but they say it’s because corporate wants to ‘conserve space’.

Conserve space for who exactly? It’s a ghost town in there because everyone isn’t welcomed; there’s plenty of seating available and it’s never insanely busy in there. They’ll allow the families with screaming unsupervised kids in there for three hours, making the other two entire customers inside ears bleed, but the minute anyone with a backpack steps in it’s like the countdown starts ticking before our rear ends even hit the booth seat.

Night crew especially wants to be on a power trip while messing up orders lately which is like, fine on its own merit, it happens, but with everything else it just feels specifically targeted. This was a last safe space for anyone open after 9PM to sit in A/C, relax, read and have peace while working on something, charge electronics while buying a soda or a burger, but we can’t even do that anymore without being rushed and told ‘it’s a business’. We’re even threatened to be banned all together like we’re kids because we just needed to (checks notes) use the bathroom? Get water? Buy food and have time to eat it? God forbid. Sound the alarms, everyone.

Yeah, it’s a business all right. And y’all are doing bad business by shooting yourselves in the foot here, majorly. Don’t be surprised when sales tank and your precious corporate office asks why, and starts laying people off because they can’t afford to keep you guys working anymore. It is what it is, I guess.
