Typical fast food joint. Couldn’t break a big bill (which I kinda understand) but then forgot my ranch for the wings and maybe filled our fry half way… don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

The fry cook was sucking on a candy cane, no gloves and it didn’t look like there were any supervisor around. Was grossed out by this behavior. I like Arby’s but I don’t want to eat food if the person handling it hasn’t been trained and the company doesn’t seem to care.

Had a simple order at drive thru. 2 french dips, 2 curly fries, 2 cherry turn overs, no drinks. Told me the price, drove to the window and he said it was $4.00 more. I said that is not what they said. Finally he got it straight. Got my order, go home , NO curly fries, pops in the sack. Told me to save my ticket and they would make it good tomorrow. More of my time and gas to go back. Don’t pull away without looking, even on simple orders

Finally decided to give this place another shot after not eating there for a long time due to them getting things wrong. I paid for a large fry but got a medium unless they have changed the sizes on things. The worst thing though was that when I got home, I noticed the bottom of the bag was wet and so my sandwich (that was at the bottom of the bag) was ruined. I was actually looking forward to eating there again but I think that’s it for me. It was too far to drive back so I paid almost 14 dollars just to be disappointed yet again.

02/28/25 11:45 a.m. Drive thru. First of all told order cost half of what they charged me when I got to window to pay, but whatever, no problem. The heifer at the window literally threw my change at me and I didn’t even have my hand out. She dropped part of it. She didn’t apologize and just handed me the rest of my change. When I told her I wanted all of my change she sighed and said I needed to pull up so she could go outside and get it. I told her okay. She asked the person behind me to get out of his car and pick up my change. He did and she brought my change out with an attitude said, “Here is your 28 cents,” and stormed away. I don’t care if it was just a penny. She should have slowed down and handed me my change. The attitude was a zero and she has no business interacting with customers. No more ARBY’S business from me.
So, Arby’s sent me a link to further comment on my experience. I clicked the link and it said the link was no good!
