I am writing to express my frustration with the third canceled order through the app. It seems that orders utilizing deals or rewards are consistently declined without explanation. Although the app confirms my order, the store refuses to accept it, resulting in cancellation, and rendering the use of rewards or deals on the app ineffective at this location.

Asked for light sauces. Just a line is fine. Instead I get soggy wet bread filled with sauce.. 2 pieces of chicken a sprinkle of lettuce and 2 slices of onions. Thanks subway really going strong. If I can show you a picture on here I would its dripping soggy my bread fell apart.

Subway is a great choice for lunches and dinners as you can make your sub how you want it and add all the proteins and vegetables you want. I come here once a week and try different subs and have not found one I didn’t like. Easy to access location. Enough staff to keep the line going and dinner inside is not a problem. Staff is very nice and the subs, salads, and selections are great.

I generally like Subway, but this branch has been getting on my nerves the last few orders. My last online order was a soggy mess, everything fell out as soon I unwrapped the sub. They got my bread wrong, didn’t toast it and I suspect the bread was old based on the condition of the sub. They ran out of 2 of the veggies I had specified and took it upon themselves to substitute it with a ton of other items I explicitly asked not to put on my order. I was unwell and couldn’t eat certain things, which they happily added to my order without checking with the customer. If you are particular about what you consume or allergic to certain ingredients, careful ordering at this branch.. you never know how they will choose to alter your order without asking you.

I ordered delivery. Store sent me a message that your order is on its way. after the time had passed, they called and asked me to come and pick up the order, I explained that I was drunk and couldn’t go, and then why did they accept the order if there were no delivery people. While clarifying the reasons, they dropped the call and did not cancel the order. In the end, I did not receive the order and paid money for it.

Do not spend the time cutting the coupons that you receive in the weekly free paper. What a joke! I went in there to get the 6″ sub for $4.99 and was told they do not honor that although it does not say that on the coupon. I told them it was false advertising! Just a gimmick to get you in there!

i stopped ordering from this location. waimea subway is so disappointing. i always make sure to order online since it’s a lot convenient and faster to pick up. half the time they are out of the bread, cheese and toppings i need, get there the sandwich isn’t even ready. atleast have the audacity to call to say we’re out of some items. they use to call way back then but not anymore. so whats even the point of making an order online if it’s never gonna be ready. always ask for extra veggies, never happens. they are so stingy with everything

I was so disappointed with my experience today. The store was out of everything!! No flatbread.. the tuna was saturated with mayonnaise.. out of onion.. out of almost all fountain drinks and no ice for the ones they did have. On top of being out of everything the lady who made our sandwiches rushed when making them and they were a mess to eat.. we all ended up throwing our sandwiches away because they were inedible. We won’t be returning to this location which is sad because it was our quick go to when passing through Waimea.

I stopped getting lunch here often because they are so understaffed that if can average 45 minutes to get my sandwich.
Mobile orders are rarely completed on time. It is faster to get in line at the store than making a mobile order. They seem to prioritize walk in’s.
