The people here were super sweet and attentive. Even though we waited awhile for our food which we didn’t mind because it was super busy they handed out coupons! The food was insanely good and I love how they have the calories on the menu for when you order!! Overall service was great and the food was yummy ate this twice in the same day haha :3

Had Teriyaki Madness for the first time since having it out of town last time and it was such a huge hit on me, I had to have it again! I was super excited to hear it was open that I went and ordered. To say that I was overwhelmingly disappointed is an understatement. The katsu chicken seems that it has more breading than chicken and severely deep fried. The white rice was also way over cooked and mushy! I also ordered potstickers, never in my life have I ever had deep fried pot stickers…. I’m not a fan….. again this place was a hit out of town. The Fresno location is a huge miss and a big let down. Don’t waste your money.

We gave this restaurant a try since it is near our home. We ordered two identical combo plates (chicken teriyaki and spicy orange chicken). After opening our two bowls at home, there were no chicken teriyaki. After trying the spicy organe chicken and the rest of the bowl, it was not appetizing. The spicy chicken was outrageously spicy, similar to mango habanero from BWW, but lacking flavor just painful. The veggies were partially sour, disliked the taste of that. And the brown rice contained portions of dry over cooked pieces. I immediately couldn’t eat the rest. Unfortunately this first experience has made it my last experience. Maybe I’ll venture back for chicken teriyaki, what they are known for. That is unless they forget the entire order again.

I’ve been waiting for this place to open and it finally did and did not disappoint! Laura was very helpful and made my experience here even better. I’ll probably be here once a week! The food is fresh and they have a bunch of customizable options.

From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed by the friendly gentleman working behind the counter. He made suggestions when I told him we hadn’t dined here before. He told us what was popular and even listed additional options.
I got the teriyaki salmon and it was cooked perfectly. The bowl came out hot and the vegetables were crisp, but not overcooked. I tried the teriyaki beef and it was the perfect combination of sweetness and traditional teriyaki flavor. Our food was brought to us and the employee even asked if we needed anything else.
