I gotten a lot of food here and burritos have NEVER been this small. Looks like a kids meal, it’s barely bigger than my finger. $12 each for a few bites. Ordering pickup seems to always have its issues.

Caveat- that I ordered a burrito from DoorDash. I know that was probably my first mistake. But it came incredibly small and the chicken was rubbery.

I think this is my first time ever reviewing a restaurant. I think this might have been some of, if not the worst, service I’ve ever had. I should be clear from the beginning that nobody was rude to me, so at least this location has that going for it. However, there was absolutely zero urgency in completing my, or anyone else’s, food order. I seriously wondered if there was something wrong with the first guy because of how slow and confused he seemed to be. My food was cold because they didn’t start over after having to wait close to 10 minutes for more steak to finish (to be clear, I didn’t mind having to wait for fresh steak, but the tortilla, rice, and beans just sat on the counter the whole time). The steak was not cooked properly. I know some people like their steak rare, but this was closer to blue rare; maybe they cut it sooner than usual to try and accommodate me faster? When the guy working on the steak brought some portions up front for my order, the guy at the counter helped two more groups (I think a single person, and a group of three people) before returning to my order. The next guy at the counter handling the salsas and other ingredients had his rather large stomach resting on the counter, and gave the smallest portions I’ve ever received at a restaurant like this. And to top it all off, none of the staff smiled even once. As someone who spent over a decade as a server, I understand how miserable this kind of job can be. As such, I make it a point to be smiling and cheerful when I greet restaurant workers to try and make their jobs easier. None of these workers wanted to be there, and they made no effort to hide that.
My other visits here have been pretty average, so maybe this crew received some really bad news earlier in the day (I ordered on 11-23-25 at around 7:30PM), but I cannot remember ever receiving such poor service and poor quality food at the same time.

Ordered food for our office. Order was for 10 people. there was maybe enough food for 5 people. Ordered two meats. Only received one and was then told there was nothing they could do about it. Had to ask if we could get the meat we paid for. The total bill was 208$ for 5 bowls of qdoba. If you are going to order do not cater. just buy individual bowls. Food is good, which is the disappointment. queso, guacamole, meat, were all very flavorful.

This location is truly awful. No sense of urgency, poor customer service, and bad hygiene. Every other Qdoba I’ve been to has been on point and why has this standard dropped? To go off Spencer’s review: I also experienced a few wks back just lack emotion and this dude that was on salsas/fixings had his huge belly on the table. Gross. No communication and there’s like 6 workers and barely busy to where a person takes several minutes just to order. The general manager must be oblivious. I do like their menu but I think I’m turned off. Also, protein portions are super weak for $13.

I eat regularly at Qdoba in the Twin Cities. Came to this location because my daughters had a dance competition. This was the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been in. The service was super slow and the food prep area was disgusting. The staff was unorganized.

Poor customer service, our order was missing 2 entrees. Had to go in and get them, no refund, no free item. Nothing. The burritos were mostly rice. Too expensive for that quality of food. Do not recommend

Stopped here for a quesadilla and chips after a very long day of adventures on the North Shore.

Honestly pretty decent, especially after a few drinks.

Had enough chips leftover to feed some pigeons in Two Harbors the next day

The pigeons would say 10/10 for QDOBA based on how they nearly killed each other fighting over chip morsels

Tried to order catering on the website and it didn’t work properly. Then I tried calling the store and was given a catering number and the number wasn’t open. Then I called the store and the worker didn’t know how to enter it into the system (that’s fine so she took my info and order and said she would call the owner to place the order.) the owner called back and said they are at capacity for catering…..? Not quite sure what that means. Looks like they don’t want my $400 catering business…

Service and the people are awesome. But the food is shit! If I ask for 3 corn tacos with steak onion and cilantro I want 3 street tacos. Not some out of the box knock off taco bell shell. Or pickled purple onions. And 4 pieces of meat and NO LIME!?! Worst Mexican quizine i could have gotten
