Amazing pizza and a great family owned pizza place. Grandma’s Pie is an absolute must try. I am so happy to have new owners who are carrying on the torch for this long time great pizzeria.
The second picture is of one of the best pies I have ever had, Grandma’s Pie. I have been up and down the east coast many times and have had some GREAT pizza, this is amongst the best.
These folks are the new owners of V&S. ABSOLUTELY NO DISRESPECT TO THE PREVIOUS OWNERS. I honestly think this place is now even better. Thank you Sal for keeping GREAT pizza in our neighborhood

SOGGY!!! I haven’t ordered from these folks in a while and the difference from the old people to the new is night and day. The crust was a soggy, wet dough. All the toppings slipped right off and you had to eat it in a bowl with a fork. Gross. Plus the cheese was extra thick. I ordered a pizza and got a quiche. It’s not even on the level of school cafeteria pizza. Plus the customer service wasn’t great either. When I went in to pick up the guy stared at me for 5 seconds instead of asking me if he could help me. Just a weird experience and a waste of money.

My husband and I held a dinner party catered by v&s. I have never served such an outstanding meal! Caesar salad, vodka pasta and chicken francais. The meal was deliciously impeccable and it came with the best triangular fresh rolls and they gifted us a beautiful bottle of red wine!! We are using v&s for every one of our parties and gatherings from now on. They are under different management but it has only tripled the quality and value and taste.

They are very slow with their service. I got pizza here on a Friday and they told me the wait would be 45 mins and it ended up being over an hour and 10 mins. When I brought this up to the lady at the register, she said “well it’s not that much of a difference” and then looked at me like I was crazy. There were two young children running that came to order food with their family, who were running in and out of the doors,helping themselves to free soda, and causing a distraction, but not once did any staff member correct them. The garlic knots were so greasy, it soaked through the bag and the pizza didn’t taste authentic.

V&S has some amazing food. I had a cheesesteak hoagie today that was so good. I miss coming here. This used to be one of my favorite haunts back in the day, but since I’ve moved to FL, I don’t get this fantastic food. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

Just got V&S tonight. We are frequent buyers and usually only get pizza from here because it’s so good. They changed the cheese and it’s not a good thing. The texture and taste is off and the pizza doesn’t taste like it has for the past 10 years we’ve been getting it. The new cheese is very rubbery. The difference is significant enough that we are looking for a new favorite pizza spot.

Pizza cheese ran off into the box. Wings were over done n looked as though they were pre cooked n re heated. Don’t think they are the original owners. Haven’t been there in a while due to distance but always bragged about them over the years. Very disappointed. Another favorite down the drain.
