Came for dinner Wednesday night, only two people dining. The server was very nice, spoke little English. They have 3 different salsas which were very good. I ordered Pollo Asado thinking it was chicken breast but it was actually a thigh and leg. I should have read the menu more carefully. However the chicken was cold inside. Not ice but cold. The server offered to heat it up but I was over it at that point. I may return just for the salsas and might try something else that has to be cooked to order.

1.50 taco Thursday is a fantastic deal!! Can’t beat it! I’ve tried most of the meats they offer and they all are seasoned very well and have great taste. The wait times for food is minimal. Service is wonderful as well! The various servers have been extremely friendly and attentive to making sure I have everything I need. I will be here often!!

I came to this place on a recommendation from a friend, so I was expecting something good, but unfortunately, this place didn’t quite meet my expectations. The tacos were not very flavorful. The tortillas didn’t have that wonderful home-made flavor that I was hoping for. As for the meat, it wasn’t nearly as juicy as it should have been. Even the toppings on the taco lacked flavor and freshness.
I ordered a torta, a type of Mexican sandwich. I’ve had some mind-blowingly good tortas before and this one didn’t come close to those, but it wasn’t bad. I would have liked the bread to be crispier and more flavorful, but that’s just a personal preference.
I won’t be going back, but it wasn’t bad enough for me to say don’t go. If you’ve never had authentic, homemade Mexican food, you might find something that you like there.

The tacos are good (a little salty for my liking) but, extremely overpriced almost $4 dollars each. This was my first time here and it was also probably my last. The foods good but, not great. The servers act as if they don’t want to be there and, charged me $1.50 to refill the basket of chips. The Rice that is included with the Burrito tasted like soap and the beans included as-well were definitely microwaved.

Very good Mexican restaurant on South Blvd. It is family owned and they are always happy to see me when I go. They bring you fresh house made salsas and tortilla chips when you first sit down.
They handle all of the basic Mexican dishes very well. They also have authentic tacos and specials as well.
They have beer and a full bar to boot and even put Margaritas on special some days. I have always received fast and efficient service here. The ambiance is decent and about what you would expect from a small family owned Mexican restaurant.

I really enjoyed the Shredded Beef Burrito dinner. Tasty. Service is minimal. They don’t speak a lot of English, but the food is tasty and reasonably priced. If you live in the neighborhood, it’s worth a visit for yourself.

Absolutely wonderful authentic Mexican restaurant with very reasonable prices, real silverware, quality service, and delicious food with generous portions. The staff were all in a good mood. Please note that some staff including wait staff may not speak English, so be prepared to use some of the Spanish you learned, bring along a friend that knows some Spanish, and/or be prepared with sufficient patience and tools to work out the translations with the waitress.
