Didn’t get original order and was charged 3 extra times for the same order, I gave my phone to the manager to show that I was being charged and the order wasn’t going through and she proceeded to charge my card again and say “it shows that you don’t have enough money in your account so that’s the problem”, original order was less than $5 was charged almost $20, even if it was a problem with the app I feel like it could have been easily resolved without me getting charged way more than intended, manager was also kind of rude , worker was not rude at all compared to the manager, have had zero problems ever before this and I love McDonald’s

Really friendly staff, and the wait is very minimal. I usually get an iced coffee here. The longest I have had to wait in the drive through was about 6 minutes when they were really busy. I highly recommend stopping by.

I ordered a big Mac meal large with a coke and I got medium French fries instead of large. How is a person supposed to get then monopoly game pieces if they won’t give you your drink with a game piece on it and you don’t get the large fries that you ordered.

I usually don’t mind the sub-par food and service at McDonald’s (it’s McDonald’s, what do you expect) but despite their very kind cashiers, the food I got today was awful. They couldn’t even manage to get the tomatoes and sauce into the actual sandwich, it’s just all over the carton. I usually order from the dollar menu because I know it’s not gonna be worth it, and sure enough the cooks proved me right. Even the ranch cup I got had a hole in the top, who knows what red fake nail pierced it. If you’re gonna have fake nails, at least wear gloves. Even as a cashier, like come on. Fries are usually stale but today they were stale, barely salted, and weren’t cooked all the way thru. I understand the speedy nature of fast food, but it doesn’t take that much longer on your drive thru clock to do it with a little bit of care. The dairy queen next door will be the go-to alternative. I hope for the sake of the employees job security, they can improve. Just disappointed.

I ordered 2 bacon quarter pounders with cheese and got just a quarter pounder with cheese, even though the grill slip said it had bacon on it. Then to top it off the French fries were so cold, they must have sat there all day. It was so aggravating after having to wait for you food only to get not what you ordered and not warm at that.
