The employee at the counter was nice. Got our food in a timely manner. Place was clean. Access to drinks and condiments. They use gloves and have masks. The food was good. Fried chicken was juicy and tasty. Gravy is delish! Give it a try!

Very disappointed! I was hoping we had gotten a new good restaurant. That had to be some of the worst food. The two girls were walking over each other trying to prepare the plates for us. The eggs looked like they were ground up and were the last in the pan. The gravy was like water. The bacon was in a million pieces. We didn’t eat half our food. We will not be going back.

Every part of my order was cold or barely warm. Fried chicken and sides were stale and kept dangerously cold. The fried chicken would have been good if it was fresh and hot. I complained to the staff, and they acted as if it wasn’t possible that the food could be cold because their equipment was set to maximum heat. First time visiting a Grandy’s location, and probably my last. I’m hoping that I don’t get food poisoning from the little bit that I did eat.

Visited this place a couple days ago, sadly wasn’t impressed. Im pretty sure my daughter and I were the first customers of the day. At least in the dinning room. The food was cold and the service was just as bland. I had really high hopes for this place but sadly was disappointed. My constructive criticism for the management and crew members, give folks a reason to return. Friendly, genuine, outstanding service goes a long way. We get it, everyone is new and training, there will be hurdles to cross over, customer service shouldn’t be one of them.

Me and one other person went here and ordered 2 biscuits and gravy meals. That’s it. It’s not a complicated thing to make. But we sat there for 40 minutes waiting for food while two groups of people were served the same food we ordered, and when we asked about it, the server didnt even look at us and just snapped back with “it’s not ready yet”. This was the first time we had said anything.
In the end we left with a refund, do not recomend.

The employees are so disorganized, and at the same time it is not their fault. What kind of management system does Grandy’s have in place? Then we had to peck on the glass to get waited on(and the bad part is the restaurant was busy, and there was a lot of people just standing around doing nothing but in the way) and when we finally got her attention, it was as if she looked right through us. What pans weren’t empty, were dried up/out, when I ask the server about pan refills she just looked at me with no expression. Our food was horrible! Never again! My husband said that frozen banquet chickens tasted better than what he ate last night and we won’t be back!

The first time I went, I was impressed by the food (country fried steak). My second visit was far less pleasant–the food was bland (fried chicken), and the staff was INCREDIBLY rude. Additionally, the people serving us were not masked. Maybe they wanted to give us an unobstructed view of their unfriendly, scowling faces.

Why aren’t more people going here?
I’m currently here in McVegas taking care of my 83 year old mother and have picked up Grandy’s several times for both of us.
Every experience has been great! Fresh food, big portions and friendly service have been the norm.
If you haven’t tried this place, I give it a top recommendation for a “meat and veg” restaurant.

The chicken sandwich was the best I’ve had in McMinnville. Better than Zaxby’s, and better than the ones I used to love at Wendy’s. Got a meatloaf dinner there a couple of nights later. It was dry, bland, and my sides tasted like they came straight out of a can. I’ll go for the sandwich again, but that’s probably all.

It was great. Never been there before. I love the way it is set as fast food with a drive thru, but had the choice of meat and veggies. I am on a diet and it was the perfect place to get veggies without going to a restaurant. Food was wonderful and lobby was clean.
