Stopped in for lunch on my work break around 4:30. Not very busy at that time. Honestly, great food and it’s cool to watch them make the burgers, all non frozen. Great service and delicious food. I had the bacon cheeseburger (which is huge, btw) with fries and a salted caramel strawberry milkshake . Going to be honest it’s more expensive than the other burger places in the area, but you know what, the quality is so much better and I would rather pay for that instead of the other fast food. Additionally, you get free music, not too loud, some classic rock from the sounds of it, which is always a plus in my book.
For me, customer service is always what gives the fifth star, and when I walk in to hellos and how are you from the whole crew, and a genuine farewell when I leave, it makes me feel like the employees actually care about their job and the customers. Whatever y’all are doing here, keep it going and pass it on because that’s worth the price imo.

Five guys is my favorite burger chain of all time. I always dine in so I can get the freshest experience possible with the fries. It’s always consistently delicious and filling (because I take it as a challenge when they tell me a regular fry feeds 4 people). Coming here makes me feel lucky to be alive.

Excellent! They have peanuts you can eat while waiting for your food. The employees are very kind and friendly, I appreciate being treated with respect. The bathroom was nice and clean also!

Five guys is very special. The bun was fresh and the meat was delicious and juicy!
The hotdog was ok but I will never try it again from there as the burger is the best in five guys.
The fries was very good but the portion was big. So order one for every 2 meals unless you love fries and who does not lol.

This store is amazing I have been to many five guys locations even in other states. This BALLARD Washington state location is amazing. The team work together so great we got to witness a 125 double burger order. Had to ask who it was for and was told #HUSKY STADIUM!! LETS GO !!!! Took a few photos to show it was great. Still assisting customers as they walk in always welcoming them. Best experience ever.

Premise… I had never been to Five Guys before.
With that said my experience was dismal to the point that I felt compelled to leave a review.
My order was completely wrong and the food was absolutely horrible ☹️
And I was charged almost $44 for one cheeseburger, one little burger, large fries and a large chocolate shake.
I had asked for a bacon cheeseburger and a cheeseburger and without pickles but only the gods know what I got…
There was no bacon… but plenty of pickles! And one of the burgers somehow was labeled as little in the receipt. I didn’t ask for that
Absolute madness
But what sucks the most was the bad quality of the food
The burgers were all wet and practically a paste of ingredients. And the poor buns drowned in all of that…
The fries were super horrendous! It was mostly potato skin and they were all crazy soft and undone.
Even the mayonnaise sucked
I guess it just wasn’t meant to be
The chocolate shake was good at least.
Oh well
I feel Macdonald’s would have been a gourmet option in comparison… At a fraction of the cost!
Oh by the way I was the only one in the restaurant so definitely it wasn’t a complicated scenario in the kitchen

The staff here are one of the nicest and welcoming crew you will encounter here in Seattle! They all said hello and seemed to actually enjoy working there or at least took their job seriously enough to make it seem that way.
The burger was great! Not too greasy and tasted pretty fresh!
I did get the Cajun fries which I felt were extremely over seasoned, so much salt! If the seasoning were to have been not so extreme I think they would have been great.
Definitely would visit again if the opportunity would arise.

Good location in downtown Ballard off Market Street. Order and food was received very quickly. Tasted great. Absolutely love the french fries.
