Great pizza (tastes like the original Pizza Hut from back in the day) and the BEST customer service when Debbie is there. Debbie always seems to go the extra mile for customers and have a positive, friendly attitude. Also, at night there’s usually a couple of policemen in the parking lot for safety.

My husband and absolutely love Pizza Hut. I recently had an order that was not fulfilled but when I did that review the owner reached out and was completely helpful. I really appreciate the way they show appreciation to their customers. Because I am currently 8 months pregnant and love’s pizza it great to have this location near us for easy pick up. The last time ,I ate there. I order supreme and they gave me a uncooked pizza. All topping was uncooked. Took it back and manager said that is how they cook them. I said pick it up and eat it. All toppings was in box not on pizza. He remade it but really rude about it. He said it would look the same. I haven’t been to another pizza hut. Montclair give you cold and old pizza. I used to get pizza hut every week. Now I haven’t been in a long time. Manager was not nice at that time. This is a real person review

I ordered a large super supreme and a medium bbq brisket pizza for delivery. When it arrived, the bbq brisket pizza was burned. I called to tell them and I was told they would refix it but I had to bring it to them. I just paid 4.99 for you to DELIVER the pizzas. The manager (who said that was the rule and would not give me his name) went further to say he did not have a number to the corporate office after I requested it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and quality of food to the medium pizza. I wish I could share pictures My total spent was $47.16 and that will be the last they EVER get from me. PISSED TO SAY THE LEAST

Shift lead closed store at 10pm. Gave me food that I didn’t order and said I will get a refund for my order the next day. The food she gave me was cold and you can tell it had been sitting in the hot box for a while. I asked for corporate number she gave me a hotline number for dating. The shift lead didn’t even know what OSHA was!!!! Called the location in the morning to talk to the store manager and he didn’t seem to apologetic about the situation. I will never go to this location again. And I found out that my money should be returned within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. You should not be a shift lead if you can’t manage a location by its corporate hours.

Ordered my pizza online and it was ready when I got there. The lobby was full of people waiting for their orders and they were telling people that they weren’t taking anymore new orders at the time, which was weird. But I was able to walk in and out since I ordered ahead. I must say, whoever is in the kitchen tonight made the best pizza I have ever tasted!! Both my pizzas were DELICIOUS and I came to do a review just to say that! Great Job!!!

Pizza was cold an the cheese in the crust was not melted, the pepperoni was over cooked till it was crumbling to the touch. The pizza was burned an was not cut correctly. More sause than cheese. Cmon pizza hut get it together
