Probably the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot. I was here as a DoorDash driver along with several other customers standing at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting for literally anyone to acknowledge us. Not even a hi we’ll be right with you or please use the kiosk. Nothing. Meanwhile the employees were actively making food laughing and making direct eye contact with all of us multiple times so it’s not like they didn’t see us. I completely understand being busy. What I don’t understand is completely ignoring customers like they’re an inconvenience. At one point another customer spoke up because he had placed an order on the kiosk and had been waiting 30 minutes with zero updates. He eventually gave up and said he’d go through the drive thru because that seemed to be the only place they paid any attention and even that was moving painfully slow. The vibe was straight up hostile. We were being looked at like we were the problem for standing there waiting to be helped. No urgency no communication no basic customer service or respect. It honestly felt like incompetence and laziness were job requirements here. If you value your time don’t come inside. Better yet just go to a different Taco Bell.

I ordered on DoorDash and they gave the order to someone without confirming and expect u to cancel to reorder ur food when it’s their fault. I waited a whole damn hour, they could’ve remake it and give it to the other driver because the other person reasigned the order. My kids and I was waiting so unprofessional.

I saw that Taco Bell had new menu items. So ordered I onlined the iced Cinnabon coffee and the power bowl. The power bowl was good its very customizable but the black beans need more flavor. I really liked the ice coffee; it just needed more sugar. It took a while to prepare but the meal was fresh when I received it.

I have no complaints about this Taco Bell. This is the only one i go to. I usually get a good portion & wait time is short. Currently going through renovation but it is open. The renovation looks beautiful also.
