I got a bagel with cream cheese, it clearly doesn’t have enough cream cheese (picture). So I went back and just asked for more (no big deal) Instead of just giving me more and apologizing, the employee said that I was wrong and that the cream cheese would be extra. Even after I explained that it didn’t have enough, I get the same thing 4-5 times a week at different locations, so I think I know what it’s suppose to look like… She wanted to make every excuse, saying that all the other employees make it wrong. I honestly don’t care what excuses she wants to give me, it was just disrespectful. Either give me more or give me a refund, instead she just kept rambling on saying that I was wrong and that I don’t understand.

I love this location, the employees are always really sweet and although sometimes it can get pretty busy, they do their best at tackling the lines. There’s a few cashiers that I love but this young women, Brianna is always the sweetest and always makes my visit so rewarding. My only complaint would be the food quality. Sometimes I regret getting anything to eat there, but the seasonal coffee options and ice-cream will always have me coming back.

This location is always packed when I go. The drive through moves pretty fast for a place that sells coffee, food and ice cream. The morning crew is always hustling. I got a really cute message on my coffee cup this morning. Nice gesture!

So very disappointing.. My daughter ordered the zombie unicorn cake for my birthday and asked for chocolate chip ice cream..got cookies and cream which was old as it tasted like it had been frozen/ thawed out/ frozen again,the cake was dry..I mean D.R.Y.
and not sure what that “frosting ” was made of. I get it that EVERYTHING turned green that touched it but literally no flavor at all. We took a bite and trashed the whole cake.It was the CUTEST but tasted like a fake cake for display.

There once was a manager/drive through person here that was awesome. He left. Service went downhill. If you do mobile ordering, don’t think it will be any faster than just the drive through. Today, our order was placed at 6:36 AM. We finally received our food at 7:06. You would think when we check in on the app and tell them at the ordering screen that we are here and ready that our food would be ready. Nope. I really don’t like it when places have mobile ordering but then can’t figure out how it works, doesn’t make our food, and still tries to collect money from us. I so wish there was another place my our house for donuts.

Ordered donuts via uber. Totally wrong order, they just put the left over donuts the one they were gonna dispose I guess. They were hard like stone and cold as ice. And 3/4 of my order was just random, not what I requested. And the phone line does not go through either. So I’m calling the donuts customer support line. I don’t eat donuts often, and My family just wanted to injoy it, like once in a blue moon, but in stead we just got a total disappointment.

Asked for a cup of water to take my medicine and they gave me sink water rather than fountain where the sodas are. So horrible they should taste it before giving. I’m sure they wouldn’t give to their mother.Shame on hunters Creek dunkin’ donuts.

Worst location ever. No customer service no common sense. The cashier let a long line wait while she was standing and chatting with another cashier. Then she held the long line for a customer who forgot his wallet in the car to go out and look for his wallet for another 15 minutes while everybody was waiting instead of taking the next customer waiting. Then, to make things worse, they messed up our order. No wonder people love Starbucks where you get treated with respect and get your order right.
