I’ve been going to this smoothie King pretty religiously lately. They make that Peanut power plus chocolate, that is an absolute staple of my day, perfect everytime. If it’s not perfect, they offer to remake it free of charge. Much like the smoothies they make, the quality and consistency of the customer service is impeccable. Recently I tried something new in my shake (was not the move) and accidentally reordered that same shake the next day, before I could even grab it from the order pickup the manager questioned the substitution and then remade it for me on the spot the way they usually do. Today I ordered door dash and called to make a special request and not only did they fulfill that request, they went above and beyond. I share only to appreciate the care that they put into what they do and the thoughtfulness that goes along with it. Come get your smoothies and such here.

First time there and I had no idea what to get. Then Jenna walked in and advised me of everything and suggested what I might enjoy. Jenna was great and her suggestion was perfect! I enjoyed what I had and it destroyed the smoothie in 4 minutes. All I can say is Bravo for Jenna! Great service and wonderful server. I will be back to try the energy drink she suggested.

I for one will never go back here. Just like every other place it’s being run by children. I paid for extra peanut butter on my smoothie Bowl and when I told the kids I paid extra for the peanut butter and i wanted it under the fruit he said no that just means you get more on top. Children I guess arant trained that the customer is always right and to try to make them happy. He’s also lucky I wasn’t his age or this would have went in a different direction. Very disappointed.
