Stopped here after a night out on the town. The restaurant was spotless, and the servers were extremely friendly. The food came out exactly as ordered, and it smelled so good that we started eating before I remembered to take pictures! Everything tasted fresh and hot and was cooked perfectly. Honestly, this was one of the best Waffle Houses we have ever been to. We will definitely be back soon.

New Waffle House on Winchester. Really good food and fast service. Not a lot of inside seating but fast and friendly service. The cheese burger deluxe plate was tasty and the sausage cheese and egg bowl with hash browns was perfect. I would rate 5 stars, but there is no such thing as a 5 star Waffle House. Clean and new on the inside and well staffed.

This waffle House has a great staff that’s very friendly. My order was taken promptly and food was delivered hot fresh and just the way I ordered. This will be my new new quick fill up spot from now on on Winchester. A blueberry waffle hash browns with chili cheese and ham and the water ran me 10 bucks. That’s outstanding value in my opinion!

I ate here last night and my meal was the best I’ve ever had at any waffle house!! My bacon patty melt was cooked perfectly, toast and bacon just right! Hash browns were wonderful, and my chocolate chip waffle was fluffy!!! Our server was kind and attentive and the restaurant was very clean. Can’t wait to come back!

Consistently provides excellent customer service. Dyan usually greets you, however today she was a waitress. She did a great job taking care of us. Dyan and Tiffany are two that stands out with their warm personalities. I don’t remember the other staff names that were there today, but this Waffle House appears to really appreciate your visit. Terrific team spirit!

This Waffle House recently opened. Staff was very friendly and the food was good. Parking is a bit tight when they are busy, however. Overall a nice addition to the community and look forward to visiting again!

Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I paid money to play a song on the jukebox and it was turned off immediately after it started and the employees laughed at me and were making fun of me. We were nothing but kind and cordial the entire time. This is not how you treat customers or really human beings. The song was “The times are a changin” by bob dylan. REALLY represents exactly what is going on in today’s world. People are so ignorant and rude to one another. May they ALL have the exact day that they deserve. Will not be returning to this establishment ever again.

The worst example of customer service I’ve ever encountered. Had to request that the table be cleaned after the previous customer. Our entire order was wrong , we had to wait for them to make coffee and waffle that’s supposed to come with the breakfast we were told would take Four minutes after the initial WRONG and incomplete breakfast was brought to our dirty table. Everyone there seemed incompetent and uncaring about the customer service , acting as though they were doing us a favor by serving us . And when I called them to account for the bad service and not only wrong but incomplete orders the reply was This is Waffle House , what did you expect. We will NEVER go back and would not recommend it to anyone. I was forced by the website to give at least ONE star before it would post . Would’ve given a ZERO had one been offered.

My husband and I stopped in around lunch time, there were 2 empty tables and the counter was empty but nothing was cleared. We sat in the chairs to wait for a clear table.
Once we were seated, we went to order, but was interrupted by the cook who told our server that she needed to serve the other guests food before taking our order.
No problem, so she served the table in front of us then came back to finish taking our order. She brought our drinks, then a few minutes later she bought half the food. I assumed she would bring the rest immediately. But first I had to send back the hash browns because they were plain but I asked for smothered and covered. It was fixed and she brought it back.
She then started a chore but hadn’t brought out the rest of our food. I had to get her attention to tell her we hadn’t gotten all our food. I had to tell her the waffle and bacon was missing. She went to the grill and the bacon was already sitting there waiting for her to bring it over. She then went back to the chore. I assumed she’d put the waffle in and was waiting. I got her attention again to ask for jam. She brought it over and went back to her chore. We’re finishing up without having been asked if we needed drink refills, and still without the waffle. I asked if she could put my waffle in a to go plate and she just stared emotionless like she had been the entire time, then she brought the waffle in a to go plate. No syrup. No utensils.
I looked back her way and she still stood silent doing whatever chore it was. The grill cook had taken up a broom and started sweeping our area.
We got up to pay and leave. I asked the young lady who took our payment for syrup, utensils and a bag.
I made sure to tell my husband to leave her a tip. Not a good tip, but an ok tip.
I wanted to ask the young lady who served us if she was ok. I didn’t know if she was sick, or had a ton of things on her mind, or if she just didn’t want to be there.
You never know what people are going through these days, and I sure did not want to be the one straw that broke the camels back.
But I really hope she’s OK.
