I dine at Moe’s often, this was my first time at this location and I have to say the food was incredibly fresh along with the staff being fun and social.

Went to get dinner waited about 5 minutes. They were making online orders. Then called the person in front of us and said they had no white meat chicken. Would take 15 minutes. I was with a group of 4 people. We all looked at each other and said let’s eat somewhere else. The food prep station was messy. Always loved other Moe’s locations. Wanted to eat at this location, and we were talking about it hours before. Very disappointed with the experience here.

The food is good. Nothing extraordinary. The prices are outrageously expensive. 2 bowls 2 drinks was $40!!!! . I could’ve had at least 6 other restaurants in driving range of here and had double the food,better quality of food and probably a server who smiles a little bit. I guess for $40 I expect just a little more than I got. I only came here because my daughter was visiting and wanted to try the restaurant. I won’t be back.

Apparently I should have read the reviews before eating here. The place is dirty, there is only one person working behind the counter and the food was terrible! My burrito, prepared in front of me, consisted of cold and dried out ground beef, watery beans, old peppers and onions and a burrito shell that had hard crust even after warming. I have always been a Moe’s fan but this location killed it for me! Don’t waste your money there are better places.

The food served here is amazing. Equal to any other Moe’s I’ve been to. However I have never been to a Moe’s with such a rude staff. They seemingly don’t know their own menu or their menu has changed and they belittle you for asking for something they no longer serve. And don’t bother asking for extra items. If you ask for extra napkins, extra fork, to-go packaging to put your leftovers in you will be given looks that could kill and nasty attitudes. This is the only Moe’s I’ve been to with staff like this. Corporate please take notice and refresh this place with a staff that actually cares to be there. This isn’t an isolated incident either. There are many other reviews saying similar things. And my wife had warned me about an experience she had there with rude staff around the most recent election. I figured the election can take its toll on people and maybe they had an off day. Nope these people are like this all the time. Go to the Moe’s in Murfreesboro.

The two guys working today were nice! But we ended up taking the food home and realized that the rice may have never been cooked, I think it was only minimally cooked because it sat in the warmer and in our warm food for a bit. We had to scrape out the rice and put our food in the microwave to cook it .

Decided to try Moe’s for the first time. I ordered and was charged for a cup of queso. Unfortunately the queso never made it in the bag and I only got chips. I tried to call but of course the phone goes to an automated system that does not have an option to speak to someone or leave a message. This was disappointing first experience and because of their system, they didn’t have an option to make it right. Bad first time experience
UPDATE- I NEVER HEARD BACK EVEN AFTER NUMEROUS TIMES CALLING. Funny thing is, the catering department called the very next day when I dialed the wrong number and still no assistance. Speaks volumes to me..

I always go to moes and every time it is great. I always get welcomed and the queso is the best. I get the build your own burrito because I am a picky eater. They do charge extra for steak but I understand because so many people get it. I came a little earlier than their opening and the workers were nice and let me order early. They’re quick and nice I recommend it.

We have been to this location a few times and have had good service every time. There is definitely something to be said about good service, and 2 people specifically in this location have great customer service. Adrianna, the manager, I believe, and Michael have been consistently helpful and genuinely pleasant, which is incredibly hard to find nowadays. Would hire both of these people in a heartbeat!

Went for a curbside pickup order. You have to call their store and listen to a menu then speak with an employee to let them know you’ve arrived. I arrived pretty quickly after I placed my order, so I didn’t expect to get my food immediately. They didn’t look very busy, so I did think I might get my food before the expected pickup time, especially because the employee said it would be right out. My estimated pickup time was 13 minutes after I called. I waited 10 minutes past my pickup time and called again. They said it would be right out and offered me a beverage. Food was out about three minutes after that.
Half an hour for bland, low-quality food that cost just as much as Chipotle but in a smaller portion. No thanks.
Hopefully Moe’s will vacate the space like it’s predecessors and make way for a good local restaurant rather than an overpriced, overrated chain
