The food seemed to have been prepared yesterday. The fries were burnt and dry. The hamburger looked like it would make you sick if you ate it, and it smelled weird. I love Wendy’s, but this was the worst.

We were passing through and were happy to see a Wendy’s sign! Unfortunately the experience was not as exciting. The food was horrible! The employees were slow and rude. My hamburger bun literally flaked apart and the inside was mushy. The fries were cold and tasted like old grease. My husband’s spicy chicken sandwich was so covered in mayonnaise he wouldn’t even try it. We threw our lunch in the trash and left. We didn’t want to chance asking for a redo on the sandwiches. Worst Wendy’s we’ve ever tried and we visit Wendy’s all over while traveling. The place was also freezing and it was cold outside. There was absolutely no heat.

Although they were a bit busy at the time I was visiting the customer service was great, the food was prepared well. I did watch our food sit for quite a few minutes while drive-thru orders were being bagged and although I did order for dine in our food was given to us to go. The establishment was clean.

I stopped going to this location about 3 years ago because of the poor service and rude employees. Today was a reminder of why I stopped patronizing the Sandersville Wendy’s. The food was ok. I ordered the Taco Salad, but it wasn’t what I expected. Lots of lettuce, and maybe a couple of tbs of corn in the bowl, topped with a little cheese. Then a small bag of seasoned corn chips—Fritos— a couple of packets of sour cream, a packet of taco salad dressing. All that and a small container of chili. It was ok. Just not what I expected, and I won’t order it again. My fiancé ordered his usual Dave’s Double meal and upgraded to large so he’d have fries to share. My photo shows the box of fries that he pulled from the bag. There were maybe 4 more fries in the bag, but all in all , this was just a regular order of fries. The employee at the counter refused to fill it up.
The rudeness issue is with an employee who helped the one taking out order when she didn’t know how to do an upgrade. In helping, she made a mistake as well, and when we asked her about it, she insisted that it was right, told us we weren’t seeing what we were seeing in the screen, then fixed it and as she walked away, continued to disagree, saying that the amount was the same. Another customer asked her for sauce, and she didn’t even acknowledge the question, much less give the lady the sauce. She had a horrible attitude and very negative demeanor. Food that’s just ok goes down better when the service is friendly. Not a positive experience today.

I like to go here when I can tell it’s empty and there’s no one in line. I know it’ll still mysteriously take at least 25-30 minutes to get the wrong items, which gives me plenty of time to think about life.

Granted it was lunchtime we walked in ordered from kiosk , a cold brew, chicken sandwich, fries, and chicken wrap. 20 minutes later ……. No fries in bag and the cold brew was as a frostie with caramel . Lots of other places to go and we will be.

I ordered a vanilla coldbrew coffee and watch the manager filling my cup up with the vanilla syrup, the cream and proceeded to walk to the stainless steel sink and put tap water in my cup . I will never buy another drink from them. GET BETTER WENDY’S

All I gotta say is IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB, GO HOME! Rude, rude, RUDE! Can’t even ask for extra sauce without getting a mean look.

The Double Dave was big and the fries were hot. The employees were kind and alert.
I think we got there after the lunch rush because many items were empty ( ketchup, napkins, etc. ). Easy to get in and out f r I’m the main street.
