Served very hot and fresh
Light aroma
Flavor is mild but pleasant and distinct. Well mixed prepared. Could use like 10% more tofu in my opinion. Low on green onions, personal preference though.

Stronger steep and taste than your average store tea. Nice change of pace, helps it stand out. Good on its own but not a good compliment to my specific order.

Atmosphere had a nice theme if a little unclear whether it wants more traditional look or modern but it doesn’t feel like a clash or a lack of character or personality
Booths in good shape
Dishware was clean and solid
Tabletops are good but might be getting a bit dated and kind of feel a bit out of place with the rest of the vibe. Sushi bar seating had more fitting tabletop.

Friendly and quick in the early afternoon. Not too busy around the 1:00 hour

i mean i dont even know where to begin, we got seated everything was fine, however i automatically i noticed it was just basically one lady serving everyone else there. the food was good, i enjoyed it and so did my sister, but looking around one of the ladies was just on her phone the ENTIRE TIME we were there… i dont know if she was a server or a friend just sitting behind bar, or just work stuff, i think its HIGHLY unprofessional. as someone who also works in the food business we dont have our phones out when customers are around. one lady even came up to grab a to-go order and the lady on her phone never even looked up once to acknowledge the lady.. ? just poor manerisms…

Ninza has to be one of my favorite sushi joints in Wichita. They always have fresh sushi, good drinks, and their hibachi is delicious so wife and kids are happy. 10/10 give this place a try. West side is better (imo) than east side but I’m biased. Enjoy!

First time here and definitely not my last. Went for my friends birthday dinner, definitely a great sushi restaurant if your a sushi lover like me. I usually go to the same sushi restaurant since I didn’t know Ninza existed. Their menu had more options to choose from and our server was great and always checking in on us. My food was brought out fast and the sushi was amazing, it tasted with more flavor. I usually get full and don’t get to finish my sushi but today I did finish it all. Definitely recommend.

This restaurant was recommended to us by people at a furniture store where we were shopping. The food is excellent, fresh, well prepared. Our server was a very nice young lady, great service. The restaurant was almost empty at noon, can’t imagine why! Price was reasonable, food was served in good portions. I highly recommend it.

Ordered through Uber. Never been before. Food was disappointing and inaccurate descriptions on Uber menu. Yakisoba described with vegetables (only had cabbage and onions) that were overdone. lots of onions, hardly any cabbage. Fried rice description had egg, vegetables, and comes with a salad. No veggies at all, thought by paying over $8.50 would get me an order bigger than a side order and no salad at all. Called, and all I got was “yeah, I’m sorry. rice doesn’t come with salad, don’t know why it says that, and they need to update. I can’t do anything about the price, my boss sets those”. Will not be returning for what I got compared to what I paid. Not worth the money at all.
