Absolutely beautiful interior. Vaulted ceilings and every attention to detail. The environment makes you feel like you’re in a truly special place.

Palm steaks are always among the best any high-end steakhouse has to offer.

Our only wish is that they offered more allocated bourbon. The whiskey choices were fairly muted.

When visiting Boston, we will definitely be back at this beautiful restaurant.

The Palm in Boston was easily one of the best date nights we’ve ever had. The ambience was upscale and elegant, yet relaxed enough that we could actually hear each other and enjoy a proper conversation. One of the main reasons I chose The Palm was because very few restaurants in Boston serve Rombauer Chardonnay, one of my absolute favorites—and it was every bit as good as expected.

The food was outstanding. Starting out, we took the jumbo shrimp in honey mustard and it was just terrific! The Branzino, paired with a flavorful jam, was fantastic, and the chicken parmigiana was generous in portion and equally delicious—we had to take a lot of it home. Our server, MacKenzie, was wonderful; attentive, personable, and he even brought out a massive chocolate cake on the house, which he made himself. Paired with decaf espressos, it was the perfect ending to the meal.

Everything about this place felt polished and top-class, from the décor to the smallest details, even down to the quality of the paper towels. I’ll definitely be back again—The Palm exceeded every expectation.

We celebrated our anniversary at The Palm in Boston and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the warm service to the perfectly cooked steaks and elegant atmosphere, everything was top-notch. The staff made us feel truly special, and every detail, from the cocktail selection to entry was flawless. A perfect evening for a perfect celebration. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

Luckily I don’t live in Boston because I just lost 30lbs and I couldn’t keep it off if I lived near this restaurant haha. I recently went here with a group of friends, and we had an amazing time. The food is fantastic!! Our waiter was very attentive, but also gave us space which a lot of fancier restaurants have a hard time balancing. As delicious as the food was, it came out quickly, and fresh! The atmosphere was delightful! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Had a wonderful night with friends, made perfect by The Palm’s staff members. Julie was a superb waitress, very personable, and always anticipating our next request. The manager, Bryan, came over multiple times to check in on us – he was extremely professional and friendly, paid attention to the details, and was ever present throughout the night. The cherry on top, was the delicious food we enjoyed – many thanks to the kitchen staff!

We ended up staying much longer than we anticipated because we were having such a phenomenal night. We stayed quite a bit after they closed, but the service was consistent and we never felt like they were ready for us to go. I am looking forward to going back the next time I’m in Boston!!

Had a great experience at The Palm, we ordered the bone in ribeye, large lobster tail, shrimp cocktail, bacon slab, oysters, corn cacio e Pepe, and broccolini, with key lime pie for dessert. Everything was top notch and we will definitely be returning! Aether was our server and she was very attentive and even comped our lobster tail for us as the first one was too overdone, but the second came out perfectly steamed! That was really great customer service and we appreciated her doing that. Another thing we really appreciated was that they found us a great alternative when they unfortunately were out of the Riesling, we liked the suggestion so much we ended up getting the entire bottle! Thanks again to all the team at The Palm!

Unfortunately, this was an underwhelming and overpriced dining experience. From the appetizers to the entrées, the food was simply not good, especially given the price. We dined with a group, including a friend who is a food critic, and even she said she would never return.
A few specific issues:
1. The appetizers were underwhelming and not worth the price.
2. My steak was extremely dry with a grainy texture. I ordered it medium-well, sent it back, and it was returned with butter on top rather than properly corrected. I ultimately sent it back and received a refund.
3. Another guest’s pasta arrived completely cold. She didn’t eat it and just asked for a box to reheat it at home.
4. A third guest ordered a steak medium and received it well done. After sending it back, the replacement came out rare. He also received a refund.
5. The wedge salads were very underwhelming—essentially a head of lettuce with a few walnuts, blue cheese, and crispy onions.
While the service was good and the staff did attempt to make things right with refunds, the core issue was the quality of the food itself. To make matters worse, 4 out of 13 people in our group became sick shortly after eating, which ultimately prompted me to write this review.
Overall, the food was overpriced, poorly executed, and not worth returning for.

Walked in looking for a nice drink. We talked to the hostess who was very nice and she directed us to sit at the bar seats where the bartenders would come up to us to take our order. We thought the atmosphere was nice. Then, we waited ten minutes and no one approached us, not even a hello or I‘ll be right with you. Then we see people leaving the bar and the bartenders clearing the space for new guests. We decide to move to the bar so we can be served quicker. We move to the bar and there are 2-4 bartenders and bar backs and not a single one greets us. We try to smile and be friendly, but still no acknowledgement. We left and let the hostess know what had happened who again was very nice. Usually we would forgive this type of service if the restaurant was very busy, however there was plenty of empty spots at the bar and the table area. We really wanted to try the Boston location because we enjoyed NYC location very much, left disappointed. Not even a hello from other staff members other than the hostess.

You can order from the menu or the staff is happy to suggest specials and also make alterations to the specials to suite your cravings. You can’t go wrong with seafood in Boston and their preparation of it makes sure you’re just enjoying your food and not fighting it. Family-style menu makes it easy to get a ton of variety and split side dishes. This was probably the first time my steak was actually cooked medium rare. Delicious!

Amazing restaurant. Beautiful interior and patio!! They have started a new brunch menu and the options are incredible. Big lobsters, big steaks, and big hospitality from host, to the bar, to servers, chefs, and management. One of my favorite new discoveries in Boston was stumbling upon this Restaurant, and they have been in Boston for 25 years!!
