Such a disappointment. Poor quality, poor customer service. I will never go back. Charged before making the sub and then refused a refund when I saw the rest of the ingredients. Had to go to another subway to get it made correct with edible ingredients. To which they informed me I was also overcharged for this sub. Just the sub was $16. $11.81 at the other location.

The area is small and a little dingy. The bread was crispy and fell apart whole trying to eat. The meatballs and marinara were room temp at best. And there were only 3 meatballs on my sub. It did not even cover the bread. There are better sandwich shops very close. Go there instead and avoid this place.

Randomly cancelled my order after waiting over 30 mins also ordered from here prior and received the most bare minimum sandwich. Avoid going here at all cost . Idk why it’s so hard for people to do such a simple job you’re literally just slapping ingredients on bread it’s not rocket science

I would give less than 1 star. I have been working in this building for years. At the beginng i ate there i would say about once a month and the gentleman there was friendly, knew our faces and our orders. Around the pandemic staff changed and I slowly decreased my visits because the lady there was not personable. The gentleman then returned so so I went back a few times. The atmosphere and food changed and then I just stopped going probably for a year. That is until I was given a cookie. I tried to get some and there was a line they were not welcoming. In the past they had someone just for the register so if I wanted chips or drink one could get in line by the register and they would cash you out. I did not know that had changed. I stood behind a gentleman in front of the register. The person making sandwiches made sandwich for his customer, cashed her out, then handed utensils to the gentle man in front of me, he totally ignored me as i walked up to the register and proceeded to the next sandwich, gloves not changed after touching the register. Urgh!
Don’t come here they lost their personality and they changed their drinks to pepsi which I don’t drink

I almost never leave reviews. But this is the grossest Subway I have ever been to. One of the workers was on her cell phone and barely acknowledged me. Put on her gloves ro make my food, and picked up her cellphone again with the gloves. I had to ask her to change her gloves. Our subs were toasted and the bread was obviously old because it just crumbled after toasting, yet our meat and cheese was not warm. Never ever again.

Poor customer service. Very careless. I ordered on ubereats I received my food on time but it was sloppy and missing items. When I called whomever answered my call seemed very careless all I was told was that certain items wasn’t available .. a simple text or call could have been made if y’all didn’t have something… I won’t spend my money here ever again

My sandwich was still cold after having it “toasted” there was a big humidifier in front of me when I walked n the door the prices of everything is 3 dollars more then ur normal subway n the ladies were talking about me n another language because I asked y the prices r so high very disappointed w this subway I will never return to the store

I was the store manager of a 3 subway stores in the busiest location in Kentucky for over 3 years. I know the ins & outs of subway & how franchises work within the company.
Let me just say this location was the WORST subway I’ve ever visited in my lifetime.
First off, the only bread they offered was wheat and white, and flatbread at lunch time on a Wednesday at 12:30pm. No wraps, or any other bread ready.
So, for those that don’t know bread is prepared in the morning, and after proofing & baking, about an hour to make. Inventory is suppose to be checked daily, and inventory orders take a few days to get in. Any subway manager knows, when things run low, you always order extra. No reason to not have any wraps; or more bread options.
Another thing, lettuce comes out of a bag that should be stored in fridge. Lettuce leftovers after the day are thrown out.
So why is it that brown lettuce and bad pieces of lettuce were out at 12:30pm, and should have been fresh that day? Not sure.
Out of roast beef. No veggie patties.
And lastly, I was overcharged for my sandwich. I got a Black Forest ham sandwich, but was charged for the “home run ham sub” which is extra meat and cheese, but I did not order, nor receive that.
Do not eat here and I have already contacted my connects at subway corporate that are handling this issue as she stated it is a franchise but they are taking the proper steps to contact the franchise owners and try to improve this subway.

Customer and prep areas were very clean , food was fresh, meatball sandwich was hot & delicious! The staff and owner were friendly and professional. I will definently return.
