Got the strawberry lemon biscuit..supposed to have been fresh but when I got them home they where so hard and dry that it was like they where old..I got 4 cant eat them. Wasted my money. They where nasty. Never again eat there.

Ate at this establishment a couple days ago around 12pm. Food was pretty good, staff were nice. However, the store was not very clean with dirty stains on the floor, and the bathrooms being a mess. Parking lot is sort of cramped with one entrance and exit.
This is not one of the better Hardee’s in this area. If you’re okay with a dingy atmosphere, it’s okay.

Usually I go thru the drive thru, which means I dont see the cleanliness or filth, which may have been good for them cause I continued to eat their 2 for $5 breakfast deals. Now after walking inside, I have completely changed my mind about eating here. Upon walking inside the first thing I noticed were the doors, covered in greasy handprints and trash all over the floor etc in the entry way. Thought to myself, maybe they have been slammed not have time to clean front of house yet. But there were employees standing around. I checked out the bathroom while I waited for my order, needless to say, that was the straw that broke the camels back. The bathrooms obviously were filthy. Toilet paper all over the place not to mention stuff that should be in the toilet spread everywhere as well. So keep this in mind when you order here.

Friendly people. Very nice but they are very slow. Took almost 25 min to get thru the drive thru and there were only 6 cars ahead of us.

Most the time the food is pretty good. Don’t go often. If go through drive- thru a lot of the time the order is incorrect and or not the freshest. Some workers are nice while others not so much.

Offering free maple biscuits with order of $5 or more. I went Saturday- no maple biscuits. Again today, no maple biscuits. Companies shouldn’t offer free items if they can’t get them to the store.

The workers are always playing around not getting their work down from what I can see. The food is great but work on disciplining the employees that like to horse around.

Stood at counter to be waited on and young lady was sitting down playing on her phone until manager said something to her. She finally got up and I told him if she didn’t want to work, send her home and I walked out and went to Berger King next door! 10-8-2025, approximately 7:15 pm.
