The manager, Keisha, that works up front has the nastiest attitude every single time we visit. She does not greet, she talks in a very rude tone and is just overall impolite. She recooks the same food instead of making it fresh. Not only have I witnessed it but you can taste that it’s old food being recooked. She is often on the phone talking very loudly using vulgar language. We choose this location because my family likes McDonalds and it is closest to our home. I’ve experienced attitude from other employees but none compare to hers. Especially as a manager, she can be way better in all aspects while doing her job. We don’t ask her for anything outside of what she’s supposed to do. It’s annoying and frustrating to have to try and monitor your food being made and deal with someone who is hostile for no reason. I don’t complain often and I don’t like to be the reason anyone is punished or they lose their job but her behavior is uncalled for and very unacceptable.

I’m not usually one to complain but my experience hasn’t left my thoughts all night and I guarantee I will not return. I wish I could speak to the owner in person and about his employment choices because as far as customer service back drive thru as none! I simple went there for a $5 meal but the young lady in braids seemed irritated just from my order. I waited but lucky it wasn’t long because I hate to keep her from her phone any longer.

Ordered at this specific location because the few times I’ve been here it was a decent experience. Today I ordered on the app. Parked and checked in. Waited 10-15 min and said well, let me go get it myself. They’re busy. All doors are locked, lady at window says only 2 employees showed up that I needed to get in the line. Which was very long by the way. But I get in line and wait. Pull up to speaker and the lady says we’re not taking anymore orders today. I said ok, but I have a mobile order y’all closed out as if I picked it up already. What do I do? And she just tells it’s closed. And from that point further no one would respond to me on the speaker.

This is one of the newer style McDonalds. The food is about what you would expect from any other McDonalds. It never seems to be all that crowded till. Drive-through is always busy. For the most part, the restaurant is clean and bright. Parking is always easy to find. Just another example of a McDonald’s restaurant fine dining experience.
