I tried Chicken Salad Chick recently and I was blown away! I got the two scoop combo meal and both flavors were absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning. This also fits any time frame, you can go in and sit, order carry out, or hit the drive through. Great food, atmosphere, and quality. I am very satisfied.

My first time in and although the food was really good I was very disappointed. I ordered what I thought was a scoop of chicken salad on a salad., which I understood would have cherry tomatoes What I got was a scoop of the chicken salad on half piece of lettuce and nothing else. I did order a drink and it came with a side but I felt that the salad was non existent.

This place was a family treat and a special event place for us. Unfortunately, the quality of service, food, and hours have declined. Some “flavors” are frequently unavailable, tables go uncleaned, and the experience is not pleasant and friendly as it was when it first opened. Had to clean my table off for the second time and even my points did not add to my app account. Was told, “I don’t know what to tell you” when I expressed the issue. At times, some of the different creations “flavors” are not as forward or as pronounced as they were at one time.

Overpriced food and rude staff. Since this is meant to be a healthy food place, I asked if they had bananas as a side option (one of their sides is fresh fruit) and the staff mocked me and laughed at me for asking a simple question. Won’t be coming back here again after how I was treated here. It’s quite expensive too, save your money and eat somewhere where else.

I ordered a pimento cheese BLT, no tomato, toasted, with a soda, to go. The guy had to type my order twice because he forgot the soda, both times he repeated my order wrong so I corrected him. When it came out, it was for dine in. When he finally handed it to me I had to go but when I got back to work I had an ice cold pimento cheese and tomato sandwich. Honestly, just skip this location.
