I was very happy with my Subway experience tonight! Our sandwich maker was named River & Sahara. River did a super spectacular job, my go to sub is a chicken teriyaki & I don’t recall ever having one made so carefully & well put together! The sandwich was great but so was the service. River we wish you all the luck with college…I have a feeling you’ll. E owning your own Subways one day….Good luck to you both & thank you for the perfectly made sandwich

I just had the worst Subway experience ever. I’ve just moved to the area and this was my first visit to this store. I was a regular Subway customer in my last town, but I will not return to this branch. There were only two orders ahead of me, and I waited for around 15 minutes for my turn. Then it took me four tries to explain my order, and the person serving me didn’t get it until the other worker showed her. When she asked if I wanted the same veggies on both halves of my 12” sandwich, I said that yes, it was all one sandwich, and she made strong eye contact and did the “quiet down” hands at me. It was surprisingly rude. She poorly prepared a skimpy sandwich; when I asked if they had black olives, she said, “Nope. If you come back next week I will.” Again, her attitude was aggressively rude. As I was paying for my sub-par sub, her coworker asked her a question, and it was as if I stopped being there. Her attention left me completely, she passed my order over without looking in my direction, and then (still looking at her coworker), sort of passed me my receipt, all tangled up in a napkin because she couldn’t be bothered to look at it or me. At no point tonight was I rude or impatient. I have just worked a 10-hour day and I get being tired. But there was absolutely no excuse for this treatment and I will not take my business there again. After reading several reviews before posting this, I know that I am not alone. Extremely disappointing.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews because I understand when people have a bad day, especially having worked in food service myself but I honest to God have never felt more upset being treated this poorly by someone I have been nothing but nice to. When we went in there was no one up front, which is fine! She came out with the mop looked at us, sighed, pushed the mop off to the side and then made it out to be an inconvenience to help us. When making my sandwich she ran out of provolone in her container and sighed out of frustration, to which I responded “if you dont have anymore thats totally okay” and she snapped back with “well I have more and it had to be refilled anyways so it doesn’t really matter” whatever, we finish the whole interaction and my husband tells her to have a good night and she responds with “yeah well if you can lock the door because im closing in 10 minutes that’d make the night better” I was just kind of frustrated at that point, we were nothing but kind, I understand food service is difficult, draining, exhausting, and people can be rude for absolutely no reason, but we truly were nothing but kind. I dont know. It put a bad taste in my mouth.

I wish they would bring back the trainee who was working her shift alone. She was great! If she’s still working there, I wish she had been there for my visit this time. Unfortunately, my most recent experience at this location was terrible. There were two customers ahead of me, and each of them had just one sub order each. I had enough time standing there to download the Subway app and create my rewards account…and that was after I had already been waiting for at least 15 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the employee told me she needed to prepare 2 online orders before preparing mine. I told her that was fine, and I left. There was another employee who was in the back preparing other orders, so I don’t know what the urgency was with the 2. After I got food from the store next door, I saw that a gentleman had come in immediately after I left, and his order was being prepared. I guess the 2 online orders weren’t more important after all. I don’t have to be greeted with a smile or catered to in any special fashion, but when I’ve patiently waited for so long, I do expect to be the next person served.

9/7/25 OOPS! Subway has discontinued their Chicken Salad, one day after I had enjoyed one. ☹️
9/6/25 Greak chicken salad, salad today. Nice folks.

I ordered what I wanted and then my husband decided he wanted the same thing so we told the girl to make it a footlong instead of a 6-in and she said well why didn’t you say that to begin with so we walked out

The employee behind the counter 1:07pm on July 24th, 2025 was extremely rude for no apparent reason. I simply asked for extra cheese and her response was rudely “if you’ll wait a minute…. “. Needless to say I left and I’ll find somewhere else to buy a sandwich. Politeness and kindness matters!!

The food is fine, but the service comes with a side of narcissist microagressive attitude.

Showed up 20 minutes before closing and they decided to go home early I guess. I’m so excited. No problem at all. There are other options nearby.
Edit: evidently this is a problem because there are other bad reviews about closing early. Hahaha

Went to Subway to get 3 churros and a big cookie. When I went to order the staff were visibly annoyed at what I was ordering. They rolled their eyes at me. Then when they went to heat up the churros, they ended up only heating 2 out of 3 and it tasted awful. Then they took a long time in general to get the order ready. 30 minutes to be exact. I will not be going there again.
