We have been regular customers at this taqueria for a long time. We usually order takeout and spend over $40 each time. The food is generally good, but the customer service has always been rude, and what happened today was unacceptable.
About a week ago, we ordered a combo that was supposed to include rice and beans, but they were missing from the bag. We didn’t complain or go back at the time. Today, my husband went to pick up another order and politely asked if they could please include the rice and beans that were missing from our previous order.
Instead of being understanding, one of the workers immediately accused him of lying, repeatedly saying they didn’t know if he was telling the truth. My husband is always respectful, calm, and kind, and there was absolutely no reason to treat him that way—especially when we were placing another $40+ order. Treating a loyal customer like a liar is unacceptable.
On top of that, I will be posting a photo of a taco where the chorizo is clearly burnt, which is also disappointing for a place that charges what they do.
We look for places where customers are treated with basic respect. We will not be coming back, and I recommend others skip this place and choose somewhere that treats people better.

The tacos were amazing! honestly, on point. There must be a new cook because everything tasted better than ever. The meats were perfectly seasoned, the rice was flavorful and fluffy and you can tell everything is made with a lot of care and attention. Every bite was really, really good. They seriously need to open another location closer to where I live in Rogers . Definitely coming back !! keep it up!!

Taqueria Lucha hits all the right notes. The tacos are authentic, flavorful, and totally Mexico City style. The staff is incredibly attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The space is stylish and laid-back, adding to the whole vibe. I love the color scheme of the place! Great food, cool atmosphere, and solid prices. Can’t ask for more. We will be back.

I consider this a ‘soft opening’ since they just opened. It is fast casual concept, you order via QR code or kiosk.
The bar has drinks on tap, which is good concept.
The tacos were solid, the Asada had more flavor than the Carnitas. Each taco comes with street taco toppings and 2 salsas. The green tomatillo salsa was made the right way by roasting and then blending.
The rice was overcooked and mushy. It was $3 and the tacos are $4. I would look at repricing at $2.50 so you get rice and beans for $5. Rice and beans are low cost items for the owner and help with food cost, by making the price high it will force people to just order tacos.
The service was very good and friendly.
I do think they need a signature item on the menu or something to differentiate between the many taco places in the area.

Sweltering
The carnitas tacos were perfection. Fresh quality ingredients with no need for additional seasoning. Cheese quesadilla was also great using a delicious Mexican cheese. The one suggestion has to do with the atmosphere. Very bare bones with metal seating and tables and could use some decor. Hopefully there are future plans but this may also be standard for a primary customer base of college students.

A cute little aesthetic spot with an open dining area and patio. Their chicken quesadilla was actually amazing, and the chips and queso. The margaritas were tasty and strong. The girly’s were personable, helpful and present. I just wish the chairs were a bit more comfortable. haha.

SO, so good. I dream of this place. My favorite restaurant. Carnitas, chicken & steak tacos – all to die for. The queso is also phenomenal. You really can’t go wrong, unless you haven’t eaten here… then you NEED to.

Walked into an empty restaurant with one worker behind the bar. When I asked to place my order with him he rudely directed me to the screens and went back to his phone. Mind you we are the only two people inside. I place my order on the screen and it requires my phone number. I ask the employee if there is an alternative and if I can order with him. There is not. I thank the bald employee for nothing and he called me stupid on the way out.
