This location was the first time a Wendy’s didn’t get it right. I asked for no condiments on my burger and it was slathered with Ketchup and something else. Paid for 2 honey barbecue sauces that I didn’t receive. Sent it back and they stated it was the way they rung it up. I paid 28$ for 2 combos. I just took it and gave the burger to someone else. I won’t return to this location again. I work hard for my money and ONLY expect what I pay for. This was on 01/15/26 well after lunch hour..That crew needs work.

No soap in the bathrooms and no napkins in the lobby. The paper towel’s in the men’s room were soaking wet from sitting on the wet counter. Front counter guy couldn’t have cared less, tried to short us food and also didn’t tell us they were out of things we asked for until we had to go BACK to the counter and ask for them again. Tried to tell me what we got on our tray, when we clearly didn’t get things we requested and paid for. Couldn’t even eat my baked potato because of all the things missing that left me with a dry potato. Lots of standing around talking while all these other things are left undone. Today really was a shameful visit!!

My burger obviously sat out longer than a few hours, it was ICE cold. No sauce. My fries were also cold. Keep in mind its a 5 minute drive home. There’s no way that my food would’ve gotten to this condition just from transit. I’m beyond livid. This is a disgrace. You’re supposed to be serving fresh food not garbage. Fix yourself. I won’t be coming back. You’ll also discover that I don’t normally leave reviews… I’m so mad that I had to let someone know who has a chance of fixing this mess.

I have been to this exact Wendy’s multiple times over the years. Always good but this time in particular this Wednesdays was so so so dirty. The foyer smelled of mold. And when you step in the dining area I could see food that the workers were stepping over and crushing everywhere. I had a construction job previously where we had to demo an old dirty greasy restaurant with pest and old grease everywhere and this smelled EXACTLY like it. I almost couldn’t eat. We only ordered fried food to kill germs. I hope they clean this place up because it’s been so nice for so long. Disappointed but hoping for the best.

I recently ate here and found the facility to be clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was great. This Wendy’s location has been remodeled in recent years. This is a good place for a quick bite and it is fast and easy to get to.
