Love the gravy and biscuits. Service can be great at times,other times not so much. The reason for my low review is the day I was there, the person doing the trash took the bags out of cans and left the trash setting on the floor by tables were people were seated for about 15 minutes, while he chatted with the manager and other workers. While he was doing the trash,I watch the manager hand him an orange juice to take to a table. Bare hands, doing trash to serving food, without washing. I was sitting about 8′ away from the trash bins and watched as the manager and the person working the windows hand this guy at least 5 or 6 to go bags, never washed his hands once. I hope he washes after if he cleans the bathroom. Just found this really gross, not very sanitary and extremely unprofessional. You guys at this Hardee’s need to clean up your act.

I walk in and go to the counter. The shift manager is at the counter taking on his cell phone. Another employee is working drive thru walking back and forth.
I stood there a solid 5 minutes and was not acknowledged by the the manager or the worker. (Hello sir we’ll be with you in one minute). Is all I needed. I was literally turning around to leave before I was helped.
I’m big on customer service. I don’t expect alot just simple pleasant service.
And I paid $8 for this… Which wasn’t correct. I see no hot honey drizzled on it as the menu showed.

Didn’t get what I paid for, made it three times an still got it wrong. Had to show them the picture to see what went on it an still got it wrong. This dont even look like they tried to remake it. Is supoose to be swiss an I have two sets of cheese. Never coming back

Burgers tasted rotten and had bone fragment in it. Portions on food were that of a child’s meal. Soda was flat! a coke tasted like diet coke. I live 2 towns away and wasn’t able to drive back for a refund. I would not reccomend.

Ordered through the App while leaving Walmart and my order was done and ready for me already when i arrived. (Literally a 2 min drive) The Peach Shake is rediculously Good.

I order the Frisco burger meal with curly fries.
They had absolutely no horse reddish sauce.
The Frisco buns were not adequately toasted.
They had run out of sweet tea (which understandably happens).
Service was good.
Restaurant was clean.
