I stopped by Arby’s to try their new Big Game Burger. It was very good and highly recommended. The cherry sauce added to the burger along with the other ingredients. I will be back for this burger!! The service by Marissa was great. The restroom and dining room was clean and condiment area was stocked up. They were ready for a rush! I stopped in at 4:43 pm. It appears they have some other new high end products to try as well. People may think this as just a roast beef sandwich restaurant, but they seem to be focused on quality, which is a good thing!

Wrost place to go now. They can never get my order correct. It’s not hard to make a order to what the customer is asking for. I work in fast food place for 18 years so I know it’s not that hard. It used to be my favorite place to go but not anymore. The other arby’s in this town is the same way. I wish they could hire decent people to work there

Terrible customer service. They refused the answer the drive thorough 15 mins before close. We drove around just to see 3 people all standing around the kitchen. We were told they closed “ten mins early because of short staffing” with 3 people standing around. They girl said she was the manager “tough” she said. 10:38. Drive through closes at 11.

This was the best fast food experience I have ever had. The gentleman at the counter greeted me when I came inside. He then called me by name throughout my visit to the restaurant. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was decorated for Valentine’s Day. It’s an extra touch that I haven’t seen at other fast food restaurants.

Great food. Fries were fresh and hot without us having to specifically ask for fresh fries. Service was fast and friendly. One of the few fast food restaurants that still offers dine in, which is why they get a lot of our business, so thank you for opening up.

The drive-through line was only four cars long yet it took 45 minutes from the time we pulled into line until we got our food! And this was at 5:15!! What is up with that??!! When I was manager at a fast food restaurant it was never more than 15 minutes!! And that was only if we had a bus full of people and we had to make all the food fresh for every single order every time! This never would have been allowed to happen!!
