I will definitely return to Ginger Pop! The meat in the entrees was perfect in cut, time cooked, and texture. I’m really picky. I loved the Cashew Chicken w/ rice the most and will order it with extra pineapple next time. The Pad Ki Mow Beef was spicy and delicious. I wasn’t really a fan of the Chicken Satay appetizer.

I asked for and went with the recommended basil chicken and was not disappointed! It was a wonderfully flavorful dish- could have used more spice but overall delicious. The ladies at the counter were super welcoming and friendly. Wish I lived in town so I could dine with them more:)

One of my favorite places to eat. Food is fresh, delicious and nice service, drinks are good too. Usually I get Coconut noodles, so good! Today we tried something new, one of their specials with prawns mango with vegetables and rice. My all time favorite are the Tofu Fries with their three sauces. I ate them so fast I didn’t get a picture.

I never considered what Thai brunch would be and I now feel like I’ve missed something for all my life. The #1 roti with a beef squash curry soup was amazing and they really hit every component out of the park. The greens on the side helped balance out the richness and spice of the curry. It all came out hot and fresh. The fact I rarely can come out and have their weekend brunch is a tragedy, but I will have to find time off work to sneak out here when I can.

Ginger Pop had me at the name because I LOVE anything ginger… and the food didn’t disappoint!!! I’m in town for a week, and they will see me often because I really had a hard time trying to figure out what to order because everything looked so good. The first day, I had ginger chicken, and my husband had mixed vegetables with chicken. (I was so excited I forgot to take a picture) The 2nd day was spicy sauteed beef, chicken yellow curry, and a dragon fruit mojito. (which was sooooo flavorable and delicious) We did a spice level 4 on the spicy beef and spice level 3 for the curry chicken. Everything was perfectly seasoned, and you could tell it was fresh!!! We will be going back one more time before we leave because I have to try the garlic chicken.
The customer service is also top-notch! The owner Amy, is so personable and very sweet.

Maybe try a different location, i went in to pick up a delivery, i used one of the two door to enter the restaurant. The lady behind the counter was super rude started yelling at me say “you dont use that door!” So I responded back if that door isn’t ment to be used why not lock it or place a note on it saying use other door. The lady then shouted out load “WOOOWWWW!” Then disappeared into the back. The lady in the kitchen came out front and apologize for her coworker behavior. I asked if there was a manager to speak to and she informed me that they were off and would be back the next day. Then the restaurant gave me a bad rating… unbelievable all this because I used one of the two doors to enter their establishment… Hopefully their food and customers service isn’t as terrible.
