Food was great. BLT was fresh and filling. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately the bathrooms ultimately turned me off. There were feces on the stall walls in the men’s room and on the toilet. Rust and just dirty bathroom. Seats in booths are ripped and duct taped. Facilities need to be cleaned and repaired.

Anywhere that I can pick up a veggie spud for lunch deserves 5 stars. It’s fully loaded with spinach, broccoli, peppers, onions, and more. They also have table side ordering. Just pick your seat and order at the table with mobile app. Very convenient and you don’t have to stand in line. Restrooms are normally pretty clean at this location too.

Out of 3 meals none were brought to our table right. Food was good as long as you just eat what they give you. Prices seem a little high for sandwiches.

Great place to grab a quick healthy bite! Ive driven past for several yrs and to day decided to try them. Prices were fair for the amt of food that you receive. I called my order in, customer service was professional and quick. All my food was presented well, and was packed with flavor. The tortilla soup was creamy and kinda spicy, but I enjoyed it! All the food was quite tasty and we will be visiting again in the near future. For desert, I had a moist yummy chocolate chip cookie!

Always out of something especially broccoli and cheese soup, slow service, food isn’t worth it. Overall just a disappointment. Got a chicken Caesar salad and more than half of my salad was hard centers of the salad. Just a trash salad. Still picking through my salad to get them out.
We’ve been here maybe 3 times and every time there’s been a problem. Thanks to the military we’ve lived in several states.
Unfortunately Lexington McAlisters is the worst by far we’ve ever been too. Which is so sad because we love McAlisters and it’s literally around the corner from the house and we will not be returning.

Good food, but the service has been getting progressively worse each time I come. Quality control is poor too. Ordered a sandwich once that came out with almost no meat…it was 90% bread. Now I see a help wanted sign. Hope that means they’re looking for better management.

Been here several times. Love the great selection of yummy food available! Friendly and helpful service staff. Clean and nice ambience and surroundings. Food orders are always prompt thus hot on arrival at table. Ordered the choose 2 option. Had southwest chicken and avocado salad with chilli lime vinaigrette and the sweet chipotle chicken sandwich. Both were so good!!! Definitely will be back for more!

Stopped in for lunch ordered a chef salad table side on their app took about 15 mins to get they were busy when I came in so that would explain the wait. Salad was good with no issues

Great food and service. Parking can be a little hard during lunch times, so be cautious. Plenty of seating inside, but again can get really busy during lunch times.

Food was okay but not as good as other McAllister’s I have been too. Almost all the tables were left dirty and even the plate my food was served on was dirty. Will not be coming to this McAllisters again.
