I see lot of ppl complained their order was not right but in my experience it was correct and quick, i did not wait at all in drive through. And meat was really fresh. The only thing was fries were little soggy, and burger was little flat and smaller than other locations. Everything else was good.

Kind of annoyed this the second time this happened this time is even worst . I’m going back there tomorrow so they can fix it . My cobb salad was brown and chicken was dry as hell like really . I came through the drive-thru to pick up my order and asked to add 2 small Thin Mint Frostys to my mobile order. The employee said yes, but at the window I was only given plain vanilla Frostys. When I asked again for Thin Mint, staff acted confused and then told me they didn’t have that,even though it’s being advertised all over the store, drive-thru menu, and the app. She asked if I was talking about Oreos. I pointed to the sign and said no I want the Girl Scout cookie thin mint frosty thats on the sign. She just shook her head no. Lol
I was already charged and the Frostys were already made, so I just took them. We have frosty key chains. I wouldn’t have paid for plain vanilla frostys. I tried contacting customer service and no one is available. We’ll go next door for shamrock shakes next time ♀️

I’m sorry to say this location is not good, don’t waste your time and money when the service is horrible, even waiting through the drive through you have to hear there personal life events and the food served is incorrect or lack of interest in getting the food prep correctly. I’ll leave you photos of my fries with bacon and my baconator sandwich with just one slice of bacon not sure where the bacon went or where they have their minds when preparing a sandwich. I suggest to pay more attention at work and less gossip of your life.

Why do all the hamburgers I order have to come with cheese? Like…is that not an option at wendys? Does corporate know how much free cheese they’re giving away via their hamburgers? My daughter hates cheese on her burgers and every single time they come with cheese. Either the cooks can’t read or they trying to stick it to their employer.

The staff at this Wendy’s are amazing people and always get my order right!! It’s never a bad experience here. The food is always fresh and hot. Nilda handed my order out to me she had a big smile and an amazing attitude. I wish I knew more names to point out but the night time crew will always keep me coming back!!!

PROs: Modern & clean facilities; employees were working hard. Covered outdoor seating.
CONs: Slow service, I assume due to understaffing. Customer service mainly due to the layout and the establishment designed to accept kiosk orders only. No menu board. Menus are on a small (approximately 5” x 8”) laminated cards. When you walk in the entire restaurant fills like you are packed like sardines. Very limited indoor seating and it is crammed together. There are three kiosks, but only two were working. There is a register for them to assist with ordering but it is in the front of the restaurant, and when I asked for assistance they told me use had to use the kiosk to order. Finally CARLOS, (who was kind, friendly, and helpful), helped me.
IMO it is the design and the approach of the restaurant that provided me a bad experience. I applaud the staff because the all appeared working hard and efficiently.
Will I VISIT AGAIN? Maybe, but only through the drive thru.

Update: this store stole my money and refuses to refund. Doordash said they released the refund to the store and the store accepted the money on their end but refuses to issue a refund to me for no specified reason. Just avoid this place.
Ordered an Asiago Ranch Chicken sandwich and got two small separate pieces of chicken, a single piece of lettuce, mayo, and pickles on a bun. I’ve been trying to get a refund for that abomination of a sandwich for weeks now and the store refuses to refund me. The sandwich they gave me wasn’t even close to my order. These people just put anything in a bag and call it a day.

Very disappointed with Wendy’s lately used to be a very nice place but once again, when you hire staff and it gets busy the ship needs to stay afloat. I have not had a correct order yet. Whether it is busy or not something is always left out or a customization is not done. Have never used the drive-thru for this reason besides the fact that they can be very slow.
Update 2/17/25
Still can’t get an order right to save their lives. Constant errors to the point it’s laughable. Still slow as molasses with absolutely no improvement from last year. In this picture it’s supposed to be apple pecan and it’s a bowl of lettuce with some chicken. Highly Disappointed again.
