I been waiting a long time for lil ceasars to come this way. I loved it years ago in California. Finally, Door Dash delivers from there to where i live.. to be so disappointed.
I ordered cheese pretzel crust, cheese only, as i dont eat cooked pepperoni….I got pepperoni. The cheese puffs, the red sauce is terribly harsh and bitter, i couldn’t eat it. And the puff itself tasted like it was microwave cooked.
I gave it away. I couldnt eat it…Ruined memories that’s for sure..

I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza over the phone light sauce. So I Enter the store and purchase my pizza. I then ask for red crush pepper and some seasoning packs. They guy with the glasses tells me we’re all out. So I tipped four dollars and ask for marinara sauce which is a 1.10 well I just tipped you guys 4 dollars and your out of a product which is not my fault but I want go anymore after almost spending 20 dollars for a pizza. I wouldn’t recommend this little Caesars to no one.

My son really loves your food, and for the price it’s definitely reasonable. We have been getting pizza in Essex for years and now so Burlington. My son can’t eat it without your pizza sauce to dip it into. That being said it’s definitely gone downhill on being skimpy. I paid for 3 sauces and they are not even half full. 1/3 at best. I mentioned it to the kid and he replied how many do you want? Please do better with this so we can continue to enjoy your pizza.

Monday 7/28 placed an order. Horrible customer service. Woman in goofy hate dropping F bombs, as she’s about to drop food. Then complains that customers give her $100 bills that she can’t take.
I tried to get two sides of ranch which they always give me in Essex, but she wanted to charge me. The pizza also tasted overcooked.. Definitely will NOT be back to the Williston Rd location.

i am so glad to be able to write a new, improved review!!!! first time ever trying this place a month ago was a complete disaster didn’t think i’d ever return. however everyone deserves a second chance!!! was pleasantly surprised to feel like there’s been a major improvement so i highly encourage others who may have been disappointed to give them another chance. service was 100 % better, food was great and done right as well. happy customers ❤️

My online order failed to go through, and when I asked about it in store, I was told “we don’t accept some coupons”. First of all, it was a valid coupon, they should have honored it, and secondly, the way I was just dismissed felt rude. It was just $3 off of $10. The manager couldn’t just make the adjustment? The cashier was nice, but overall, it felt hostile to the customer.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve order from this little Caesars 4 times since they’ve opened and every time my family and I get VIOLENTLY sick and I mean VIOLENTLY it’s awful. So to compare I ordered from the one in Essex recently and we had no issues AT ALL. seriously don’t waste your time going to this LC take the trip to Essex for the better quality pizza, save your stomach.

9/7/23 So today I want there to get some dinner for me and my husband at 2:07pm. I ordered bacon, oinons,green peppers,pepperoni ,ground beef and pineapple for my pizza.then when I got home and me my husband Finally got to eat it. I noticed there was no pineapple or ground beef on it but there was Sausage on it instead. I called back 6 times at 5pm and every time I get a kid asking me to hold. I do and I am on the phone for 20 minutes. I understand that is busy time but need to learn to do 2 things at one time. the pizza tastes salty. I am Very not so happy. I will be calling or going there to talk go manager about this and I will not be ordering from this place again. Really need to tach the people that work at night better customer service a lot more. I do have pitchers of the pizza the paper on the box as well.
