I spend so much on lattes etc. Every morning and afternoon. Mornings never have a problem. My go to drink is iced mocha signature latte. In the afternoon it really depends on who is making them. A mocha isn’t supposed to look like Carmel or just milk. Hopefully its corrected. Im super happy about having a dunkin so close. I am a dunkin junkie. Spending almost $60 a week. I really just want my mocha to taste right. I love alot of the staff. It really depends on who makes them. I usually try to see who is making them anymore before I go in the afternoon. I’ll just go to a different location.

I ordered a LARGE coffee today. What I received was a large coffee cup that was only half full? The coffee and food arrived completely sealed in a plastic bag. I had to open the bag with scissors. Nothing was spilled inside the bag. Thus, whoever was working thought it was fine to give me half a coffee. Because the delivery driver could not be responsible. This was my first, and probably my last order from this Dunkin.

Almost everytime my wife and I have been there, the woman taking the order has been extremely rude. One time she even said “it took wayyyyy to long for you to order your donuts”. Only for her to give us crescents instead of what we ordered.

Great experiences in both the drive thru and lobby. But if you want mcdonald’s speed your gonna have to lower your expectations. They ain’t flippin paddy’s in the back! Relax let them take some time. They are crafting your cup of coffee!

This dunkin in Rockmart is top tier!!! Every time we go here we get great customer service. Its the only one that I love to go to! Everyone is always so kind and the drinks and food always good!

I never review on restaurants and especially fast food. But this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a coffee shop. Though it was fairly busy, it wasn’t busy to the point of coffees coming out 15 minutes after an order being placed. I waited inside and got to witness the manager yelling at her crew in a quiet dunkin full of guests. You can clearly tell they were all running around and trying to get all the drinks done, and the demeanor of the manager only made it worse as she was actively insulting her employees in front of customers. And was upset at the idea of people coming in to order. I understand this is a new location, but something needs to change if you can’t handle a rush and you especially don’t have someone there to lead you through it.

How can the girl working the register not know what kind of coffee they carry? I asked if they had a dark & she said “we have mocha” not sure why she thought that’s what I was asking for. I moved down to the other end of the counter & there I see midnight so I tell this other guy I want that not the original well none was made so he started a new batch 2 seconds into it brewing he filled my cup now I know already that coffee is doing to taste like dirt water because he didn’t wait for the full brew to finish & sure enough I get home with their Luke warm dirt water! The doughnuts tasted like they were left over from yesterday hard & dry! This was a huge wasted trip & a waste of $10

Who is in charge of this place? It’s always a mess when we come. 20 min wait on 6 munchkins with no cars ahead is a bit much. And I could see them from the second window. The employees acted like they would rather be any where else. Very rude too!! Be better!

I came to the drive thru with a mobile order. I forgot to add a pup cup and forgot to add liquid cane sugar to my order. The girls at the window were not only very understanding and accommodating, but they did so with a smile. I was having a bad day, but the girls at Dunkin this morning, literally turned my mood around. I will be stopping at this location whenever I’m in the area!
