I’ve came here a handful of times, I’m really surprised about the low reviews. This is one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. I’ve never had a problem, even on the small stuff. Even the night staff is really good. They’ll give you enough napkins and sauce packets. When I want to eat out, consistency is extremely important to me.

Order a doordash around 12:35 AM. I’m looking at the updated time, and my DoorDash driver has been sitting in the drive-through for 15 minutes out of nowhere, she told me that they don’t have the ingredients for my order. You mean to tell me it took 15 minutes to realize this for four items? Then, I said, I am willing to change it for something else that doesn’t require those ingredients, I was immediately told that I had to cancel my order, as someone who works at a fast food restaurant, I’m not buying that they didn’t have the ingredients to make my order. It doesn’t take 15 minutes to realize you’re out of rice, beans and guacamole. And then, instead of trying to work with me, because I paid money, they immediately said I had to cancel my order because it would take too long. Not only did you guys waste my money and time, you also wasted the time of my DoorDash driver, who drove over to Taco Bell, waiting instead of making more money for her job.

I only go through at night and every time they are out of ingredients or their card reader doesn’t work. It’s one or the other every single time recently they have that out of almost the entire menu and this has been going on for almost a year. Whose job is it to order food you’re not ordering enough clearly I really don’t understand why a restaurant can run out of ingredients for so long. This is a good sign. It means you have good business to continuously disappoint customers over and over is going to take away that good thing if you don’t want business then you won’t get business I have More than fed up with this Taco Bell from here on out and skipping Taco Bell and the McDonald’s next to it I have never had such horrible service in my life. I’m done with these businesses Maybe in the distance future I will try them to see if they have improved, but I doubt it same problems for over a year is ridiculous

When i make an order at any restaurant i expect to get what i order. I always ask for no ice in my drink but they apparently cant read the screen because there’s always ice in my drink. I also ordered a large frozen drink. It was 2 1/4 inches from the top. So i paid for a large but got a medium amount. Ask for no tomato get tomato. It makes zero sense.

I got to the window and was in the process of paying with a gift card and the girl at the window was talking to someone on the headset and told them to pull up while window was open not clarifying with me that she wasn’t informing me of those instructions but the person ordering. So I pulled up waited for my food and had to go back for my card and food waiting for another 5-10 minutes that weren’t needed and she was just being rude.

Can’t get the order right, and the food was cold. We ordered 2 soft tacos, a medium Pepsi, and an order or nacho fries. That’s it! What did we get? 1 soft taco, nacho fries, nacho chips, and our Pepsi. And the food was cold! Hate this place!

I give this tacobell 3 stars. Want it to improve. This visit was good. Went through the drive through and they were pretty quick today. I got 4 chicken roll ups with cheese sauce and guacamole. They were all good. My wife got a steak quesadilla the end pieces didn’t have much meat in them.
Diane B was the cashier, she was nice and got my order right and out to me quickly.

I went there today and I went during the lunch rush which was my own fault. I did have to wait roughly 30 minutes for my food but the staff was very kind trying to keep up with orders and keep the customers informed on their order states. I will also say the food I got today was some of the best I’ve ever received from any Taco Bell! It was busy but I’d wait that long again if it ment I got this quality of food!

Normally my experience here is fine. But, went yesterday at about 4pm. Had two cars in front of me and they were gone before I finished ordering. They had my food to me within a minute of being at the window. Usually they are fast, but this was really fast. I was like, “Wow. They are on their game today!”

No. I got home and the food that was not a special order looked like it was prepared well before I ordered. My home is 8 minutes away. All three tacos were soggy, falling apart, and appeared as if someone decided to sit on them during their lunch break. The nachos bel grande was soggy, the cheese was dark yellow like it had sat for awhile.

Horrible experience yesterday. I’m going to give them another chance and ensure I check the quality before I pull away. I recommend you do the same if they seem too quick to give you your food.

Hey, Taco Bell employees. Pro tip: Serve the food YOU would want to eat. Your menu is no longer cheap. Give your customers quality or find a different job.

Edit: Three visits later since my review and every time the food has been trash unless ordered special. Even today, there were multiple cars in front of me and it was dinner time. I figured things would be fresh. No. Same scenario. See photo. It’s what they put out. Soggy, broken tacos.

I dunno what happened to this taco bell and why the quality has tanked, but it’s unacceptable.

Skip this Taco Bell. Seriously. I won’t go back.
