We made reservations here for Valentine’s Day, after I saw online that some locations had this option. The restaurant was decorated, our table was as well. It was very cute. The staff was even more friendly than usual and the food was same as always, classic WH.

I live on the West Coast now and travel often for work. No one in the West eats grits and WH has the best waffles. I stop in whenever I can. There’s a cook at this location, his name is King, who is fantastic. Dude remembers my order and even gives me recommendations. He makes my eggs perfectly every single time. The rest of the staff is friendly, too. I’ll be back given the chance.

Got the All-Star Breakfast ($12), the bacon was crisp to perfection and it was not fatty bacon. My entire meal was great, this cook is awesome. A hispanic family came in, he realized there’s a slight language barrier, he was very accommodating to their needs. I took off 1 star for service bc after my server took my order he disappeared until i was walking out the door. The cook brought my plate to me after he fixed it, i felt bad not paying him instead of the server.

It’s been awhile a long while since I’ve been in a waffle House. I have to admit that this was probably the worst food that I’ve had to try to eat in a while.
Not realizing that they didn’t have a deep fryer. I ordered bacon which I like my bacon deep fried because it’s not as greasy as cooking it on the grill. But when I got it and I will attach pictures it was burnt because she thought I wanted it extra crispy. That’s not what I asked for.
Then I ordered a pecan waffle as for peanut butter and they didn’t have any. So she said they could put peanut butter chips on it and I made the mistake of saying okay. Peanut butter chips is not peanut butter. It’s nasty.
Anyway, the first waffle that she sent me wasn’t cooked all the way through so she cooked me another one and I will attach pictures here. That one wasn’t cooked all the way through either.
I don’t know if they’re waffle irons were not hot enough or what but a waffle is supposed to be crispy, not doughie.
The only good thing I can say is the waitress was very kind. She wasn’t going to charge me for the waffle but I ordered it and I paid for it. I also left her a tip because she did her job. But it was the worst experience that I’ve had in a long time at any restaurant of any kind.

Ordered to go from here. Got around to eating and discovered that the 2 extra eggs and extra sausage I had ordered were not part of what I got. They had filled a plate with grits and covered it with gravy to hide what was lacking. This happened on 01/09/26 at approx 9pm.

On our way from South Carolina, we stopped by this Waffle House and the food was good. The young lady who helped us was nice and it was a good breakfast. I had the grit bowl which came with eggs, cheese, bacon and grits. I also had a waffle which was really great.

Went in at around 11pm on 2/24/25. I ordered the All Star and my husband ordered a grit bowl. Food came out quick. Waffle was good. Our grits, however, were cold. To clarify, I had cheese grits (his bowl came with cheese) and after several minutes, the cheese wouldn’t even melt! Touched them and they were cold. My bacon was a bit over done yet the edges were chewy. I can live with it…. I included a pic where I tried mixing my grits but that cheese was not gonna melt.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Sat down to get something to eat off the road and had to wait 20 plus minutes without any service. Our waitress looked us in the face and refused to serve us. After being fed up we left, and upon leaving the rude waitress told us to have a great day in a snarky and sarcastic attitude. Very terrible for Waffle House and completely ruined my experience. Nobody and I mean NOBODY should eat at this establishment, terrible customers service! 🙁

As far as waffle house goes everyone knows what to expect and it was the only thing open at 10p.
The place was empty and the staff looked pretty bored, everyone greeted me and was very friendly. I did get my order to go, it was prepared pretty quickly. I’m just happy you can depend on waffle house if you need to eat late. Food was good.
