We hit the drive thruthis time. That speaker needs to be fixed. I got food I didn’t order. The lady called it back to me. And I had something else on my ticket. But the food was good. There was a long wait. And I had to park and come inside to correct another item on my order. Seemed to be alot of employees fooling around. But no big deal. I shall come again.

Just left here and now I remember why I never go to this location. You could tell there was tension between team members and it def showed in their service because they were very rude. I also paid $8 for the bacon ranch fries only to get home and find that I received fries with just a little cheese, no bacon or ranch. I also had to ask for straws and when I did the girl “Nasahra” smacked her lips and asked one of the SEVERAL employees next to her to give her straws. No “Thank you. Have a nice day.” Surprised this one is still open.

This place is so nasty, when my cousin went to order me an feastables box guess what I saw. A ROACH. Well when I start eating I didn’t see nun until I moved my food around I see 2 roaches. I threw the box away and kept the food on a separate plate. I was so disgust . And what’s even worst is that the manger on the phone said she couldn’t do nothing about. I WANT MY refund . Also 13 yr old me shouldn’t be seeing or even going through this. I WILL LIKE TO SUE . Thank you very much. – July 3, 2024
