Firstly, the staff is great. This negative review is due to how frustrating it is that this whole Starbucks has only 3 outlets and only two of which work. Most people who go inside of coffee houses go to do work and if you don’t get one of two seats you can get anything done here. It sucks because the staff has always been very sweet an my coffee has always been made very well, but I mostly come here to get some work done. Because of this frustration I won’t be going to this location anymore. Management, if you’re reading this, please get more outlets installed and fix the one of three that’s broken.

My car broke down, so my husband had me dropped me off here while he worked on the car. Lovely Starbucks with lots of seating. The baristas were sweet, and my drink looked and tasted awesome!!! Great time, really made an awful day so much better.

Rebecca is just rude she didn’t let me talk and kept talking over me and not letting me order. I was talking to my family about what I wanted and she started putting it in the system. She was rushing me when there was no one in line.

The employees here are… not trained in basic customer service. We ordered our usual drinks, made sure the order was correct on screen, and pulled up to the window. Turns out, the order was wrong. When we told the employee, she did replace the drink, but made sure to tell us to “make sure the order was correct on the screen next time”. Told her we did. She said make sure again. Insane. No sense of responsibility. We called the store, talked to the manager, and she said the EXACT SAME THING as the employee!!!! So now we know why the employees say ridiculous things. They basically want us to do their job for them. Won’t be coming back to this location again! Starbucks is going downhill.

I have been coming to this location for the past 3 years drive thru mainly and today I got the first experience of bad service for the past few weeks I have asked for the Cinnamon Caramel nitro cold brew daily and I get it exactly how it looks on picture as well and taste to how I order it which is grande with 2 extra pumps of syrup light ice and extra foam today I got what looks like a cup of milk and taste like chocolate powder no foam and I asked John what is this? He said it is what I ordered and I said NO it isn’t he asked to have it remade but looks like he gave me the same cup back. Being there was a long line I didn’t want to hold up any further but very unhappy with this morning’s service.

I think they have moldy ice. Every iced drink I order here gives me terrible fatigue and I know I’m more sensitive to certain things. So just a word of caution.

This place is a joke, full staff yet I was standing in line for about 10 minutes while being ignored, the dining room wasn’t even full, except the kitchen, that was full of CLOWNS, I was trying to pick up my online order and I just ended up leaving it, it’s not worth it coming here, I never tried Starbucks before but if this is how they operate I’m never coming back to this business. Terrible and if you want to save your time and money and dignity, don’t come here. I wasn’t the only one bothered, a poor old woman behind me was waiting just as long, she was a paying customer and almost went to the bathroom on herself waiting in line for the bathroom code, she had to raise her voice to get someone’s attention, and I love how after waiting for almost 10 minutes, when deciding to leave some joke of a employee actually had the gall to try and take my order, too little too late.

It’s Starbucks. I rated it less than 5 stars. It’s becoming hard to find a good workspot at Starbucks now days. Seems they no longer want people there working remotely. Makes me sad.

They now have a water station with normal sized cups.

OLD REVIEW:
I have a love/hate relationship with Starbucks. Most locations have above average service, many times it’s absolutely steeler. Mostly the only thing I get is a tea, some times a protein box, and their are good but never great. Their tea tastes like it’s brewed a bit to hot and sort of kills it. It’s not bad just not real good.

Tried to place an order and asked to PURCHASE a side of caramel drizzle and was told they don’t do that. I explained they do at other stores and was rudely handed a paper with “rules” on how to order. Crazy unbelievable. I won’t go back and will post the experience on my Mesa fast eats site. Starbucks is good but AVOID the Gilbert and McKellips location. Very rude older lady.
