Stopped in for a quick bite during my lunch break. Front line staff were very friendly, got my food fast and tasted delicious. Most important thing though is they actually filled up my nacho cheese sauce for my nacho fries all the way up. just for that 10 out of 10

I made an online or for the Rainbow location. Somehow the order got sent to another location. The man at the register was very nice and helpful. The manager however would not help me at all. This apparently this had been happening to customers all day. She told me I would have to cancel the order. I told her that I already paid for it the app would not let my cancel the order. She said “Your just gonna have to go to the other location and get it” the other location was 15 minutes away. I had already waited here for 15 minutes trying to get my order. I was on a 30 minute lunch break. I was 20 minutes late getting back from lunch. So… Thankyou to the very unhelpful manager. I called corporate and they were no better!!

One of my tacos literally only had 4 pieces of meat in it and the other one is full. I called and politely asked if could possibly get another one because that is rather ridiculous only getting 4 pieces of meat in one taco and the worker told me that that’s a full scoop and they can’t do anything about it.

I suppose I came in on a day lke no other, because this is one of the more well run Taco Bell’s that I have been to.
I REALLY like self-order stations now and all they have to do is call your name. It is what it is nowadays.
The dining room was extremely clean. Floors, tables and benches where clean. Even the sauce packets were lined up neatly in their containers. – Thanx!!

I customized two of the same item. My husband wanted sour cream and extra Chipotle sauce. I wanted NO sauce. They put both sauces on both items. It was not worth my time to go back but I won’t eat it. My husband can have both. Very disappointed. I really like Taco Bell food but hate sour cream and slimy sauces.

I hadn’t been to this location in about 8 months because of issues I had before but I was in the area and decided to give them another shot. I went on 11/16/2020 sometime after 5pm; 8 months later nothing has changed. The food is still EXTREMELY skimpy compared to all other locations and didn’t seem freshly made. My daughter & I both ordered bean burritos, they were the smallest ones I’d ever gotten from TB and the beans looked as though they had been sitting a while. I also ordered a crunchwrap supreme that ended up being barely filled with nothing but lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream again smallest one I’d ever gotten. The chicken quesadilla we got had 2 small pieces of chicken. Not worth it to go to this TB.

Guys … I’ve been going to taco bell for a long time. I don’t expect 5 star service but today was a new low. Our order was incorrect, the wrong taco came out. The chalupa shell was hard like it had been sitting out for hours. There was no spoon for the pintos and cheese… And the icing on top, the entire cup for the beans was smashed in. If you plan on getting taco bell do not go to the rainbow Blvd location.

Nasty food. Taco shell was soggy and broke apart. 5 layer burrito???? I don’t know what I received. I ate a broken taco, cinnamon twist, Pepsi for 5 dollars. I donated 5 is what I did.
