Went through the drive thru at 3:50p today- First: The guy didn’t offer a cup holder for the three sodas
Second: The guy over fills the bag I grab the bag and it rips and the food drops out onto the ground. He made me get out of the truck and pick it up. Then gets annoyed and told his coworker that I dropped it- the bag was too heavy and it ripped. I then asked if I could get new fries and he was rude and told me to pull up to the front and shut the drive thru doors.
Will NEVER go there again. Super rude and unprofessional.

This was my first and last time eating at Arby’s! Food here tasted and looked off, the restaurant looked like it was last updated 40 years ago, and the customer service here stinks! I added another item after I ordered my main meal and the lady at the register just groaned and said something that I couldn’t hear to her male coworker. My companion ordered after me and they got their food first while mine took a lot longer. When my food finally came the male employee just slammed it on the ground and gave me a dirty look like I did something wrong. I am never going to Arby’s again. Don’t waste your time here and go accros the street to Culver’s for a better experience.

I’ve been an Arby’s fan over 50 years, but today we drove through the drive-thru in Minnetonka. Some large guy was standing in front of the menu; we could not answer the questions asked by the person taking our order. I ordered a quarter pound brisket. It was a sloppily put together, fatty bunch of meat that looked more like cheap bacon than brisket. They ask you about sauce… but you have to put it on yourself while driving, apparently. Then we got the wrong drink. I live around the corner but will never visit this Arby’s again.

Wow, just tried to order some food from the drive thru and the guy that was taking the order was soooo rude!!! I actually canceled what I was going to get and left the place. Do better! If you don’t like your job, feel free to get a different one.

Customer service is at an all time low here. Went through the drive thru and Terry was extremely rude. I told him I had a coupon and told him how many sandwiches, to which, he responded very aggressively and rudely “I know how to count.” When I asked him to repeat things due to a disability relating to hearing loss, he continously responded disrespectfully. When I went to the windows, I asked for three cups of water and he responded with “REALLY?” in a disrespectful and aggressive manner to a greater scale. This is one of the worse, if not the worst, experiences that I’ve had with someone working at a fast food location and I believe that customers should be given a scale of respect when simply ordering.

This place has gone completely down the drain, employees, food quality and wait times. If you you want Arbys, please do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to a different location. It’s quite embarrassing how incompetent these employees are. I haven’t had a correct order in weeks now. Today is the last straw, I ordered my meal, he repeated the order to me, I had to correct him and give him my order a second time, waited 20 mins for my food that was still the incorrect order. You have the meats Arbys but also you have a failing business.

It’s very sad how this place has deteriorated in the last 10 years. I went through the drive-through today and Cameron was extremely rude. I would say that was the worst customer service I have ever received. On top of that, the appearance of the building, the landscaping, parking lot, etc., are all looking rundown. I am amazed that this place is still open.

Ordered online they did not have a few things ordered. The food showed up small and cold. Sad to see the down fall of arbys. Smokehouse brisket was a absolute joke. Roast beef stuff was little to nothing. Fries not even filled up.

Asked for a Classic Roast Beef with Swish, potato cakes, and regular lemonade light ice plus Double Roast Beef with curly fries, and Coke light ice. Got to window and gal went to confirm – classic roast beef w/curly fries and sprite, double roast beef w/curly fries and sprite. No – that is not right. Repeated order.
Food was handed to me – classic roast beef no swiss and curly fries. Double beef and cheddar w/curly fries.
Employees don’t care if customers get correct order order or not – this store is horrible at customer service.
