To Whom It May Concern,
I have been a long-time customer of the Jersey Mike’s location on Palm Bay Road, largely because I work right next door. It has been my regular lunch spot for quite some time.
Over the past four months, I’ve noticed a consistent issue: after 8:00 p.m., the store is frequently out of bread. Once again today, December 14, 2025, the location was completely out of bread an hour before closing.
What made this situation worse was the interaction at the register. The young woman with a ponytail working the register stated that she “forgot” to prepare more bread. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she proceeded to lecture me about making her feel bad, and then mocked me by pretending to cry. As a paying customer—and a 50-year-old man—I found this behavior disrespectful and completely unacceptable.
While the quality of the subs has always been good, customer service and store leadership have clearly declined. Repeated operational failures combined with unprofessional behavior are driving customers away.
Unless this issue is addressed, Jersey Mike’s risks losing loyal patrons. I will also be sharing this experience on my local blog, which reaches approximately 150,000 local followers, as I believe customers deserve transparency about where they spend their money.

Just left and got home. I ordered the veggie and I am in complete disbelief. I literally got lettuce and pickles….that’s it!!! For $9!!
I have diary allergies so the only thing I said was no cheese. I also did ask for extra green peppers and yellow mustard. Literally got NOTHING. Not even mustard…
I would like to be contacted for a refund. This is so sad. I was starving. Went online to find help to see if I would email the store and nothing.

Excellent place for subs of all sorts. We had a a big Kahuna chicken Philly and traditional Philly cheesesteak. They were both delicious. The large is big enough for two adults. The bread is extremely soft and the subs are made fresh.

I don’t know what it is with this jersey mikes on Palm Bay Road in particular but time and time again, my order experience proves whomever/everyone who makes sandwiches here doesn’t have to know how to read. At least not their make tickets.
Lite mayo and lite mustard is a dripping soup of condiments, no tomatoes has extra tomatoes wedged into the mayo soup, a sub that should only have 2 ingredients came fully involved, sauce on side is a distant dream.
I guess I’m the one mistaken for believing it would ever change. Fool me once…. You fool me you can’t get fooled again!
Serious get a literate person reading out the order if need be this is ridiculous it’s not even yall did a bad job, you didn’t even do the specified job. I’ve worked in kitchens, I wouldn’t be saying anything if this was a mild or one off issue. I’m upset I paid $10 for this.
Look at the pictures. The “Lite Mayo” looks like cheese cover a pizza. And the sandwich I haven’t dug thru to remove tomatoes is on the bottom.
Worst part? I was the one pushing to give you guys another chance. I was pumped for a jersey mikes sub.
I got this soup instead.
Get it together.

The server prepped bread at his station where he preps the sandwiches. There was a house roach right by the bread he precut and prepped to save time. He rapidly grabbed the roach in his hand while explaining that it’s an old building. I felt obligated to buy the sandwich and they charged me. I will never buy a Jersey Mike sandwich ever again. I’m over it.

The time to get in and out was very good. The price for the sandwich was a little high for what you got. I know they slice everything when you order it. But the slices very thin and I felt the meat and cheese where not very flavorful. I had the Italian but it did not taste that way. I added lettuce,tomato and banana peppers with mayo but the only thing I tasted was the bread. If I was rating the sandwich only it would be 2 stars. But because the staff was polite and quick with a clean store I gave 3 store. I eaten here before and it been better tasting. I will give them another try someday.

I always have the staff pick my food for me, I do this everywhere I go. This place has so many subs that are not on the menu. They combine subs together and go off of the numbers added together. I always get interesting food when I do this. This place had a great staff, friendly and happy. They made me a Chipotle Philly that was perfect. When you go somewhere tell them, ” You pick my order, don’t tell me what it is, let it be a surprise ” you will not be disappointed.
