If I could give a quarter of a star I would cause this is ridiculous I’m gonna just let the picture make the statement cause I need to watch myself as well as the words that come out of my mouth. The store isn’t kept clean, the associates dont know common customer service, and the management needs to get a severe reality check and take a course on how to be customer oriented. I’ll be surprised if I hear from anyone on the corporate side of things!

If I could vote negatively I would. The workers were polite. But- I ordered the pizza on the portal for pick up at 6. The order was placed at 1.30. The order didnt complete till 6 30. Past my pick up. The room was stuffed full. With no seats. The lady said they got rushed- which i understand it being dinner. But in the same sense- I ordered hours ago. They have a single oven and not many workers. I think the company really needs to consider maybe getting a more suitable size / staff so they arent so overly worked or stressed like today. Also apparently they dont do hot and ready anylonger.

I love crazy crust!. This place wont take a order over the phone. And there isnt a option online for crazy crust… So when I get there it’s always an issue like im at fault…. And I tell every worker everytime that there is no option online to order crazy crust. ♀️ Sooooooooooooo!?
Update:. ISAAC definitely got the 1 star on service. Totally ignored me and what I had to say. Walked off when I was talking to him… I get your busy. But come on now… Sooo I grabbed butter and parmesan cheese to make my own crazy crust…….. Thats the first for me.

I ordered a pizza from the app on the 27th of February 2026 I believe at the Aspen location in broken arrow location near Tulsa Oklahoma they told me because it is March 3rd they could not refund me nor is there a option in the app to request a refund I forgot to pick my pizza up because I got busy and I didn’t know how to get a refund they refuse to refund me because their system supposedly doesn’t go back that far even though I had an actual receipt on their app they did remake the pizzas and they did add crazy sticks on there but when I asked for sauce this crazy sticks, sauce that and each pizza comes with sauce I eat the stuff all the time they refused saying they only saw one sauce on the receipt definitely would not recommend the Aspen location more friendly and understanding locations otherwise and if you need a refund well you better do it within the first couple days or you ain’t getting your money back

Tried being nice. Ordered a large sausage, cheese, and cheese dippers.. cheese dippers were as brown as brownies… sausage pizza and cheese pizza neither one had cheese. Went to have it replaced and was given a cheese pizza and a brownie we won’t even eat. Green peppers were all over the replacements, the brownie was frozen we didn’t even want it. Just going to contact corporate.

Would not recommend this location. They charged my card twice. I’ve spoken with 3 managers now, who continue to tell me that they will have a general manager call me and then I wait and no one calls. I will now be reaching out to the corporate office to attempt to resolve this issue.

If I could give zero stars I would 1000x!!! Pls do not eat here the food , quality and service was atrocious!!!!! To say the absolute least!! I did an online order and my husband picked it up but when I saw the pizza it was so bad I had to return it! It was so soggy with red sauce in some areas and dry crispy and burnt in others. The ugliest looking pizza I have ever saw and i promise this is not even an exaggeration. The cheese slices from the “slice and sticks “ was so hard to even pull apart. And I just want to take the time to talk about that Caucasian lady in the back that seems to be the “manager “ who treated me horribly. When I asked for my money back she told me “I was going to offer to remake it for you as well but if your going to BE NASTY ABOUT IT THEN IM NOT REMAKING NOTHING “ she really thought she was tough but I can see right through the act. She was not intimidating nobody !!!! As much as she really tried. Kept referring to me as “that lady” and kept hearing her bad mouth me to her workers in the back who just need good leader to teach them how to make a good pizza she was back there making pizzas with out a glove and also rolled her eyes at an old lady all while I was there. Pls do not waste your time and money here. This all happened today 11/04/2025 @3:30 pm and if you know this lady’s name pls let me know she has short blonde hair in a pony tail and blue eyes. I asked another worker for her name he said “uuhhhhhh Jennifer ???” So I doubt he gave me her real name. Called corporate and they have a case on her already. If she has treated you this way as well pls let me know.

Give it 0 if I could. Placed an online order that I already had to wait 45 minutes to pick up. Get to the store at the pick up time and nothing is ready. The guy asked my name and disappeared to the back never coming back up. Pretty sure the other guy was high out of his mind as I watched him struggle to put 5 pepperonis down in 15 minutes and moved slower than a snail. Waited 30 minutes before a girl came up to the front to help other people and I finally asked where my pizza was and was told it would be a longer wait because my stuff was burned in oven. Is it really that hard to walk 10 steps from the back to communicate with your guests? 4 people working in the back and not a single one could step away to communicate wait times. Whoever the manager is needs to hire more people and train your employees better.

This has to be the worst run Little Caesars in Oklahoma. I haven’t been back in 7 or 8 years because of how horrible the last time was. Well… it hasn’t improved to say the least. Still very extremely managed and run poorly.
