This was a wonderful experience. If you love aviation, this is a must. Sit outside and take it all in. The reason for the 4-stars on service was because our waitress would disappear for awhile. Luckily there were beautiful views to pass the time.

Every month, my spouse and I do a surprise date night, and this one absolutely blew me away! Knowing how much I love airplanes and aviation, my spouse booked us a sunset dinner at Volanti — and it was hands down the best dinner date ever.
We had a balcony table outside, overlooking the private planes parked just steps away. Watching jets land and take off as the sun set, with black cars pulling up to drop off and pick up passengers — I was in aviation heaven! Safe to say, my attention span for anything other than the runway action was very short (lol).
The food was just as amazing as the view. We started with the Take Off Trio, followed by a couple of Espresso Martinis — both delicious. For dinner, my spouse had the Prime Filet Mignon and I had the Prime Bone-In Ribeye, and we both added the crusted blue cheese. My steak was cooked perfectly, and the blue cheese topping took it over the top. We finished with their Hot Butter Cake for dessert, which was warm, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth good.
Our server was friendly and attentive, making the whole night feel relaxed and special. Between the food, the vibe, and the incredible runway views, Volanti is a dream spot for any aviation geek — or honestly, anyone looking for a unique, unforgettable night out.
Highly recommend — can’t wait to come back!

Came for the PGA Waste Management tournament. Volanti opened early because of the tournament. Had brunch and it was excellent. The portion size was generous and service was also excellent!
This is the second time I’ve been here and haven’t been disappointed.

Very cool restaurant. Right on the airplane strip. We saw a bunch land and take off. And even saw 5 military helicopters land. They have indoor or outdoor seating. The happy hour has about 10 small food options to choose from. We got the sliders and the tacos. Delicious!

I have eaten here many times over the years. It’s so cool to sit outside and watch the planes go by. A little noisy but worth it. I love their hamburger with some avocado added. Britney took care of us today and she is always on point.
